VERY COOL!  However.....
it is NOT a palindrome.
I am not sure what it is called.
Perhaps it is a Chiasmus. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiasmus Or like a Crab Cannon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crab_canon
Here are some examples of palindromes.
Each line spelling in reverse reads the same!
For example:
CIVIC
is the same word spelled out left or right.
