Just to keep this short and sweet, let me say that you are all appreciated for what you contribute to LL. I know it's a thankless job. That being said, I am having Mods argue with Knowflakes, with each other, and jumping into the fray instead of dousing conflicts. Being a Mod means checking your ego at the door. You must put the good of LL over getting your last word in. You are here to stop conflicts, not contribute to them, As such, it is certainly no shame that one or more may not be cut out for that type of a job. From here on out, if a Mod does the aforementioned, then that Mod will be demoted. Nothing personal. A Mod just has to do more than is expected of other Knowflakes. No discussion. Closing this.
