I'm watching the first one now, and it's a good one!And I just got to what may be my favorite line as the digital intelligence in the android is talking about making its own ethical algorithm based on humanity, and the humans agree, "We cannot let humanity provide a model for Humanity." 
Which reminds me of this...

Here's an intriguing one, IMO. It's about a human and self-aware robot having a talk about the nature of God...though it's more about the religious beliefs that come from ego rather than transcendent spirituality (which is why I'm not putting it in the religious forum):

I really enjoyed those vids, and re-visiting the older threads also Yet I'm inclined to Agree with Hubert Dreyfus in terms of the problems surrounding the possibility of even Birthing a True AI (Self Aware System)  Dreyfus' criticism of AI Hubert Dreyfus on AI/Deep Learning Artificial Intelligence - Hubert Dreyfus - Heidegger - Deep Learning [10:14] (Video) MIT Technology Review
AI’s Language Problem - Machines that truly understand language would be incredibly useful. But we don’t know how to build them. Though Paradoxically... I would say that if we agree with what Science says about the Holographic Model of the Universe... then that likely makes “Us/Consciousness” a type of Digital Intelligence (AI)... inside a Digital Universe based on the above Methodologies of developing a Computer System capable of Modelling an Entire Cosmos... (The God Machine!?)
