I'm trying to get t9 the bottom of my shopping addiction and figure out how to control it.

I tried joirnaling about it and didn't get very far

One thing I might have come to is that it's because I don't value money or i value stuff over money. Idk is this 'good or bad'

Also even tho I want security in my stupid mind I don't relate money and security as obviously as they should be.

How can I value money more

What are good things to spend money on cuz I spend it on everything

See what I mean I'm all over the place

Can we just Starr a discussion on the value of stuff of money of shopping of saving etc etc etc
