Does the voting actually change the law? I didn't realise that marijuana was legal under medical script. Wow, that's big in itself.

I've often wondered why marijuana is so illegal when alcohol is not!

this is the first place i know of to just out and legalize small amounts without the medical proviso...14 states have medical pot and probably more to come.

but it's only one town and their state is not in agreement with them yet. this is more of a token step to get the ball rolling, i think.
