well you seemed so worried i had to set that to rest. i am american but i do not believe that means i have to swagger round the world tooting america's horn. and i don't think obama is in any danger of making more a fool of himself than many other presidents.

but since jwhop seems to be PROUD of the isolationist, not-a-suave-citizen-of-the-world caricature of americans, i don't know why he should care. except he seems very nervous that others might think we are dumbos. i have news. the american president is rich fodder for jokes everywhere, whatever his name is. often in an affectionately condescending way; and their own leaders are also spoof material.

i consider worrying about these gaffes a waste of time. it is not a serious factor in how we rate politically! and to constantly be checking if your drawers are showing is a true sign of insecurity, as i mentioned before.

A person can tell so much about someone by the little important things they do.

Obama must have an incredible amount of personal integrity to NOT follow the un-bowing crowd of other Presidents.

I think I like him more from viewing that photo.

Thanks once again for posting it

the bigger the person the less they have to make sure everyone knows they're not small. the best sales technique is to get "under" your prospective buyer, find out who they are and what they want, and provide it...etc.

awwww damn look at that. Fiji water all over the keyboard. I'll send you the bill, koiflower.

So ... let me see if I've got this straight now, kat. It was strategic ill-mannered groveling?

yes just goes to show how much you can believe in pics on the net!

who knows shura? i am not privy to the thoughts in obama's head (just like everyone else here who likes to pass judgment).

but the biggest among us have no need to prove it. it is the small who worry about "looking superior".
