No, why would those comments hurt Yin? She thinks I'm a flake after all! As you can see, i dont get hurt by comments from people I think are flakey or by nature, hurtful, either! So it's all good. IP: Logged |

1. Bring one quart of water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Add 3/4 cup of ground coffee. 3. Return to boil. 4. Immediately remove from heat and cover. 5. Wait till the grounds sink (approximately 5 minutes). 6. Serve.

iQ, you seem like a reasonable smart person so I will talk to you on the subject . Dealing with idiots and simpletons tends to take a toll on my beautiful neurons Lol! quote: Allopathy rocks in Anti-Biotics for preventing infection but is disastrous in vaccinations where Autism is increasing with increase in multiple vaccinations to babies.
I couldn't disagree more. There are no credible links between vaccinations and Autisim. Nearly all of the leading health organizations including the CDC and the NIH have conducted studies and have found nothing. I think most people tend to get a bit jumpy at the fact that between 1930 and 2003, most Autistic vaccines used Thimerosal based treatments. Keep in mind that the Mercury used in that vaccine clears out of your body in 6 weeks. But lets say for argument sakes that there was a hypothetical link between Thimerosal and Autisim (because afterall... Mercury is a strong neurotoxin.) In 2004, the Institute of Medicine undertook a comprehensive review of all the published literature on thimerosal and autism and concluded that the available evidence demonstrate that there was no link. The CDC launched a series of studies that examined the relationship between the incidence of autism and the amount of mercury a child received in the first 6 months of life and also found no relationship. So I think its pretty clear that there is no link between vaccines and Autisim. quote: Allopathic surgeons do a great job in surgical removal of giant tumours but fail miserably in chemotherapy and irradiation techniques.
Again, I disagree. Chemo works well at reducing and in time, completely stopping erratic reproductive cycles of cancer cells. While its not the MOST effective method of stopping cancer growth, it is a good proven method that employs the use of effective Alkylating agents (which have a stronger effect then any diet in question.) I am not counting out the need for a HEALTHY BALANCED DIET (key words here) enriched with anti-oxidants and essential vitamans, but its dellusional to think that you will not get cancer if you are brought up on this diet alone. quote: My aunt is a successful homeopath, and she has treated dozens of retired, sneaky allopathic doctors who DO NOT TAKE THEIR OWN PRESCRIPTIONS, nor confess to their junior doctors in hospitals that they got successfully treated through homeopathy.
Lol! I will admit that made me laugh. Look iQ, I am not questioning homeopathic treatments as a SIDE SUPPORT medical institution (infact I would recommend some homeopathic remedies) but I will not accept any falsified claims from quacks who think that Homeopathic treatments should be applied as mainstream treatments when its clear that there is no credible evidence that supports their effectiveness. quote: The point of my writing this is to request Valus to be professional in his approach than take a confrontationalist stance and alienate readers away from the excellent core message of exploring successful alternate therapies in curing cancer.
Oh I agree completely Mr. iQ. While I may not fully support "main streaming" alternative therapies, I will atleast hear reasonable people like you out and I will certainly give you a fair balanced outlook on the subject. quote: X you remind me of someone I would call a dumb ass to my friends. Of course I wouldn't call you that, not with all of your power and all.
Mystic you have the same moderator title as me. So if you have something to say, just say it. We are in Global Unity after all . Or would you rather play things Valus' way? Throw around empty insults with nothing to back them up? ... Or back up your character? Jwhop: quote: Well, I see LLC has invaded the Global Unity forum with inflammatory rhetoric and bickering to destroy the peace and tranquility we've forged here.
Sorry about this old boy Lol! Whiney children need a good spanking and this is the agreed upon place to do it in . IP: Logged |

Homeopathy cured my mother of something that allopathy had a chance to cure over and over again - but didn't. She went to a homeopath out of desperation. I've heard other stories from people who have been saved by alternative healing doctors, after being told they were going to die, by allopaths. (*edit. My mother wasn't dying, but it was a persistent health problem, that had her in the hospital more than once. Not nice.)I'm not taking sides - I appreciate it all, and think that all sides should be taken into consideration. IP: Logged |

opinion alertI open pastor [or reverend] Valus threads infrequently. Opening all of them this week. If I wanted to be sermonized I would attend church. If I wanted instruction or edification on any of the topics posted I would receive it from a cleric who does not specialize in sanctimonious, belligerent, childish proselytizing and most especially not from a socially inept psychological bully. You give such types power by responding to the threads. Paraphrasing another in order to discredit T is Really Really bad form. It also illustrates most of the opinions above. IP: Logged |
