In this 1 hour lecture Richard describes some of the evidence of animal mutilation in the UK. Animals are being found in various rural locations with surgical procedures having being carried out on their bodies. What is just as disturbing is that the UK Government have been attempting to cover up these attacks and hide them from the public for at least the last 13 years. In the second half of the lecture Richard describes the evidence that there is indeed a government cover up possibly being orchestrated from the highest levels.
