Well now I took the test, got the 2/3 majority one wrong. But I didn`t finish the paperwork to join up so I didn`t get the "end result" to post. Couldn`t even go back to note the entire question to see how it was worded. ------------------ Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. ~Rumi~ IP: Logged |

question:what if a non US person got all the questions right? ------------------ " Some define good as that which preserves, and evil as that which destroys; but destruction can be cleansing and purifying, for there is such a thing in both men and races as spiritual constipation, which comes from too much preservation of the status quo." well well jwhop, proof that you do not bother to pay attention... the book i linked here a short while ago and have mentioned several times since. the book i linked to about a year ago as well!now tell me why i should take your quiz when you don't even read my posts? and how you have ANY idea what i am talking about? as to your test, i got them all right EXCEPT the one which is open to debate, ie the constitutionality of the mandate due to interstate commerce, which answer would depend COMPLETELY on which side you view it from. and the fact that it is open to debate is demonstrated by the number of DIFFERING opinions given by the courts in which this law has been "tried". lol at your answer to emitres, can't you ever admit that someone who disagrees with you might just know what they are talking about? http://www.scribd.com/doc/2297676/conspiracy-Gary-Allen-None-Dare-Call-it-Conspiracy-english-rarereactor in case it makes it easier for you to open, the author was a conservative. it was written in 1972, is quite short and easy to read, though this copy has a few overprinted phrases. IP: Logged |

Yep, I sure thought they had too as well but... I`ll take my 4 out of 5 and call it good ------------------ Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. ~Rumi~ IP: Logged |

"lol at your answer to emitres, can't you ever admit that someone who disagrees with you might just know what they are talking about?"...katatonicNow why would you suggest I was giving emitres a hard time katatonic? I like emitres. In fact, if emitres had confirmed a non US citizen got all...THE ANSWERS RIGHT, I was going to suggest a trade; the non US citizen who got all...THE ANSWERS RIGHT for a citizen who doesn't get the QUESTIONS OR THE ANSWERS RIGHT! Yep juni, 4 out of 5 ain't bad! IP: Logged |

of course you were giving me a hard time jwhop... i would have been completely surprised had you not jumped at the chance too ( no no, not 'to', i really mean too ) but you're right, i should have been more grammatically correct - note to self for next time ------------------ " Some define good as that which preserves, and evil as that which destroys; but destruction can be cleansing and purifying, for there is such a thing in both men and races as spiritual constipation, which comes from too much preservation of the status quo." Weeeeee! I got them all correct! Do I get a prize? Of course, it wasn't entirely fair, since I am taking a constitutional law class this semester, but I think I knew all of those answers already.

It's quite clearly unconstitutional, and I'm certain the Supreme Court will rule accordingly. But regardless, I'm not going to accept it; it violates my religious principles of being able to freely make my own personal health choices.IP: Logged |

well it is quite clearly unconstitutional to make that decision for yourself when the judicial system is still debating it...there are arguments on both sides and pretty equally too.IP: Logged |

No, wrong again, Kat. It is clearly constitutional for me to make that decision based on my being religiously opposed to Obamacare. ------------------ "Fall down 100 times, get up 101...this is success." --ME IP: Logged |

i wasn't talking about your decision to claim religious grounds, but about the mandate being constitutional or not. as you see, there is always a get-out clause, so the mandate is hardly a major problem, is it??plus, if you opt to pay the $50/month "fine" you will have guilt-free coverage under the REAGAN MANDATE that insists doctors either work for nothing when asked(hardly a "capitalist" proposition is it?), or raise everyone ELSE's prices as they have done the last 25 years... I'm not paying a fine on a law I know is unconstitutional.------------------ "Nurture great thoughts, for you will never go higher than you think."--DISRAELI IP: Logged |
