There are logical problems with taking this as evidence of voter fraud. Before giving my take, I'd like to give Jwhop or anyone else a chance to undo what I'm going to say. If I'm going to put my foot in my mouth, which doesn't seem likely right now, then some additional context will need to come forth beyond the scope of what that article states.

If you want a glimpse of where I'm going with this, the first two questions a lawyer defending Caballero against voter fraud charges would ask are:

Republican poll workers and watchers...COURT APPOINTED BY THE WAY WERE REFUSED ENTRY INTO THE VOTING PRECINCTS WHERE THEY WERE ASSIGNED. Then the demoscat supervisor of elections filled their spots with hand picked demoscats. No Republicans allowed to watch the voting process in Philly.

The judge who assigned the Republicans...by court order should sign arrest orders for the demoscat supervisor of elections in Philly and each and every precinct captain who kicked out Republicans or refused them entry; put those arrest orders in the hands of police and have them arrested immediately and taken to jail.

Every single ballot up to the point of arrest should be segregated and hand verified as to name, registration, address and eligibility to vote and whether or not they voted multiple times at other precincts within the city or by absentee ballot.

This is the way you stop this kind of horseshiiit.

But hey, we wouldn't want anyone to see what demoscats are doing to steal the election for the worst president in US history...now would we!

Reports are coming in that Republican poll inspectors have been ejected from as many as 25 polling locations in Philadelphia. Are the dirty tricks starting already?

More on the court victory from the Republican Party of Pennsylvania:

HARRISBURG, PA—Republican Party of Pennsylvania Chairman Rob Gleason released the following statement regarding the first court order issued by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas to seat Republican Minority Inspectors in Philadelphia Polling places:

“This was a shameless attempt from the Obama campaign to suppress our legally appointed Republican poll watchers in Philadelphia and they got caught,” Chairman Rob Gleason said.

“We’ve seen these shenanigans before and it’s clear that Democratic operatives and the Obama campaign are desperate; trying to shield Republican Minority Inspectors who are employees of the City of Philadelphia today from monitoring election activities. It certainly raises the question, what are Democrats doing in the polls that they are working so hard to shield folks from monitoring this election?”

So far this morning, Democratic operatives prohibited 75 legally credentialed Republican election workers from accessing polling places in heavily Democratic areas in Philadelphia. Incidents ranged from judges of elections refusing to seat Republican Minority Inspectors and Clerks, to reports of Democratic election operatives announcing that “No Republicans will be allowed in the polling place.”
