I've lost my mind. I'll vote for no one. "On Tuesday, the former Massachusetts governor said one option he is considering is to limit federal income-tax deductions to $17,000 per household." I don't know what you guys have as deductions, but I can assure you that my charitable contributions alone (without property taxes, state taxes, mortgage interest, health costs, etc.) far exceeds $17,000.

well i have heard most of those deductions will be out the window, and i have heard that EVERYONE's tax will be cut by 20% (interesting when the bottom rate is already 10&..?) so i guess they will be taking your deductions ahead of time.but YTA, i have tried voting for no one, and it proved a bitter experiment! If the bottom rate is 10% and there's a 20% cut, then 20% of 10% is 2%, so the rate would go down to 8%.IP: Logged |
