As for your self-flattery, it's just your general attitude that gets under my skin. Like you really believe you can take a conversation defending Obama somewhere, but without your input, it's going nowhere?

No...I just don't see the same big difference between "defending" and "trying to dispel obsession" that you see.

To me that's an admission that you are aware that you *seem* to defend. Which from my experiences here, is so much like actual defending, I don't feel constrained to make qualifications, as you do.

I, too, notice that the conversations around here center too much on Obama, but I don't fabricate excuses for him to try and fix the imbalance. I've introduced topics outside the Presidency in an effort to expand the discussion...most of these topics go nowhere.

ps: Ennahda (the islamist party in place that is believed to be behind the assassination of this leader of a democratic tunisia, Choukri Belaid) has been elected after the revolution because they were expected to improve the social side of the tunisian society, being a religious party. Now they seem to evolve towards extremism and the population of tunisia, needless to mention almost entirely MUSLIM, is going to get rid of them.

See the difference? Singular to plural. And the quotation marks you put around "obama defender" suggested to me that you were only referring to one individual who is mistakenly perceived as a defender, but who in your opinion actually is not. So I assumed you were referring to yourself.
