Panetta said that Obama told him to take care of Bengazi and Obama was not contacted all night long. WHO told the Marines et al to "Stand Down". I think only the president could do that.
Thank God, Lindsey Graham grew a pair and is going to hold Obama's feet to the fire. We can only pray.

Lindsey Graham won`t take Obama down ... I suspect we`ve heard about all of Bengazi we are going to. Bury it and move on is the motto.
