Utah isn't known for being the most liberal state in the Union...but they have come up with a radical and successful solution to homelessness that most conservatives would consider Impossible. Over the last 8 years they have reduced homelessness by 78% where those regions who have gone the criminalizing/ostracizing route have failed dismally...

brilliant idea, though I supsect jealousy is about to show up here, and make some regret that they never passed a night or two in the streets in order to have the chance to get a free house...
