I suspect Trump will be challenged at the convention. But Clinton has it. Sanders can never catch up.IP: Logged |

Its not free. Paid for collectively, big diff. And with a lower top tax bracket than the Kennefy/Johnson yearsApart from the superdelegates, who can and often do change at convention time, the difference between Sanders and Clinton is about 100 delegates. Its early days in both parties. Trump University has a big lawsuit coming up this summer re defrauding customers. Hillary also being investigated. .. IP: Logged |

Back in the day, many people thought Hitler was actually just what Germany needed...Winston Churchill among them. This is a 1922 article in NYT about his rhetoric ...its strange and sad that the Repubs don't seem to have anyone better up their sleeve.. i believe Cruz is even scarier except that he really lacks the Barnum touch. http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/03/03/1495132/-The-first-NYT-article-on-Hitler-serves-as-a-reminder-about-why-we-can-t-downplay-hateful-rhetoric?detail=facebook IP: Logged |

http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/sanders-fans-dont-let-the-media-mislead-you_b_9371050.html Sanders has 400-some delegates to hillarys 500-something + superdelegates. Who can change their minds. I reckon you would have said the Brits had all the odds in the Revolution too 😉

And you would have been right. .about the "odds". But odds are theoretical. People win the lotto on Single tickets and that is totally down to chance, unaffected by himsn factors and strategiesIP: Logged |

No doubt! It sure is an election season to rival none. Mitt is a surprise. I wonder what the Reps. reason behind it is. Just more insanity or will he be the independent run? Something stinks out there in the republican world! ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

It's clear as day that the political establishment does not want Sanders to win. The media constantly paints the picture that Sanders has no chance to win and they include super delegates in Hillary's numbers. This makes it look like she is way ahead when the reality is the race is pretty close. The fact is Super Delegates have never decided an election. They are supposed to represent the will of the people and if they think the people want Bernie they will flip to him. Another fact is Hillary's popularity has not grown the way Bernie's has. Her leads have not grown.... She loses leads. Lastly, she has mostly won in states where the Democrats aren't going to win in the general election anyway while Bernie has blown her out of the water in more liberal states. You guys watch and see.... Bernie will get the democratic nomination and defeat the GOP clown car. IP: Logged |

AG, I tend to agree. Sanders won a "surprise" win in MI. Yet, Mi`s favorite son Mitt ballyhooed about Trumps failings and MI gave him the GOP primary anyhow. It`s all media carping and behind doors dealings putting up smoke and mirrors and no one knows what`s going on.------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

What concerns me is how many people actually support Trump. He is a heavy favorite in my state and I have asked tons of Trump supporters why they voted for him. The answer I keep getting is something along the lines of "Well, he is an attractive candidate because he has no political background. We need somebody who isn't a career politician". How is that logical? If a mechanic screwed up a repair job you wouldn't go to a guy who has zero experience. So why would you trust a guy who has zero experience to run your whole country? Especially a guy like Trump who is going to shoot his mouth off and act recklessly on the international scene. Something else to consider is one of our biggest enemies, Vladimir Putin, has openly supported Trump. Do you think an enemy of the United States has our best interests at heart? He endorses Trump because he knows Trump would destroy this country. However, if you talk to people from countries that are allies of the United States most of them will tell you they want Bernie Sanders to be our next president. People in other countries realize that a strong U.S economy benefits the rest of the world and that's why they really pay attention to U.S Politics. I'd even go as far as saying that people in other countries are more informed about our politics than the average American is.IP: Logged |

Cruz is just as scary. His fAther may have brainwashed him into thinking he is "anointed by God to RULE the USA" - that is a direct q uote from Mr Rafael at anevwngelical meet . .. Cruz may be quieter..and smarter..but he is also more religious and believes this country should be run according to his faith, over the Constitution...I see the good ole Hoover Foundation is starting to air their belief that Sanders is actually trying to overthrow the govt...a Commie just like Hoover called the Kennedys. I hope all candidates physically survive this season. Whether I Like them Or not the possibility of violence grows at every Trump rally. IP: Logged |

It's gonna be Sanders Vs. Trump! That's been my prediction since day one of this election season and I'm sticking with it. Bernie is going to win by huge margins in the West like he did in Colorado and Minnesota. President Sanders is our future! http://www.huffingtonpost.com/seth-abramson/5-reasons-the-clinton-sanders-race-is-much-much-closer-than-you-think_b_9415156.html IP: Logged |

So, Trump has not only excused the violence at his rallies, but PROMISED to cover legal fees incurred for bashing people with such seditious slogans as "love is the answer" on their tshirts. And of course he, and the crawlers campaigning alongside of him, blame the protestors, Obama, anyone but Trump. After all, how dare anyone Criticize their Fearless Leader? http://m.dailykos.com/story/2016/3/11/1499735/-Trump-Rally-No-Joking-Matter IP: Logged |
