I don't see either party being completely suicidal to the point of going against the will of their constituents. Sanders and Drumpf are the only ones who are drawing huge rallies. Clearly the nation wants an anti-Establishment candidate. Only an anti-Establishment candidate is going to win the general.

I agree.

I admire the last ditch effort for Sanders, but I don't see it happening.

Something will force Sanders out of the race.

I just don't think he has all of the votes that he needs, or that he'll stand a chance at getting them. He may have some millenials in his corner but Hillary has a majority of the African American votes, probably quite a few women and a strong hold on the south.

I guess we'll see...tomorrow will be an interesting day. Primary day for some big states.

An astro-friend of mine posted something about Bernie somehow gathering steam soon - it was some sort of astrology article. I'll see if I can find it. She posted it for those of us who were upset with Clinton winning (although I'll vote for her over a conservative, at this point). She reckons Bernie still has a chance.

I have never seen an election year that appears so rigged and out right mean spirited.
I`m trying to fathom which fear it is trying to trigger in the people.

Clinton picked up 54 delegates. The road stretches on ahead and the next leg could be Sanders'. Florida so messed with the ballots - whether by incompetence or foul play - that many people couldn't vote.

Meanwhile Clinton is doing her best to sound more like Sanders...and Trump is threatening his followers may riot if he is not nominated..IF he picks up a bigger lead (Cruz is not that far behind).

I don't think anything is rigged.

I don't like some of the choices that people made - and really, who doesn't feel that way at this point - but I'm not ready to chalk it up to rigged polls yet.

No, not rigged polls.

Theatrical behaviors to enflame human discontent, discord and fuel anger.

A behind the scenes "powers that be" managing the campaigns by writing scripts, creating incidents and enflaming the countrys fears to encourage a vote for their specific choice.

It seems like a lot of people feel that Trump might be doing all of this to encourage people to vote for Hillary instead of Bernie.

That seems way too elaborate to me. I might be wrong of course, but I know many, many people in my area who happily voted for Hillary (and she has won our state so far), and it had nothing to do with Trump. She has a lot of experience, coupled with the fact that she's reached out to minority groups - whether or not she did this because of Bernie really makes no difference. It just matters that she did. It seems like a lot of people are also ready for the first woman president, and they don't foresee a more qualified candidate coming along any time soon.

Or maybe they just like her pantsuits, or that she's a grandma. Or they were alive and remember when Bill was in, and they feel like they're getting two presidents instead of one.

People have their reasons for voting. That's kind of what makes this country great - we can vote for whoever we want without an explanation as to why. And that doesn't mean that the "why" is the yelling republican in the corner.

Not everything is a conspiracy.

Yes, he does. That's why he's changing his demeanor for the primaries/caucuses above the Mason-Dixon. Him an his supporters are losers who hate everything socialism until it benefits them. Cruz and Trump are actually the same. Cruz supporters are delusional, too. The best thing the Republicants had going was Rand Paul.
