To debate or not to debate Tonights GOP debate line up; Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush; Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker; former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee; retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson; Texas Sen. Ted Cruz; Donald Trump; Florida Sen. Marco Rubio; Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul; New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie; and Ohio Gov. John Kasich. With their response time so limited, I doubt we will learn much from this 10 man session. Kinda conspiratorially nifty Mr. hillary shared political advice with one of the fence sitters ; just before he threw his hat in the ring as candidate ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

ThisThis country is facing an economy that has been radically transformed. You know, the largest retailer in the country and the world today, Amazon, doesn't even own a single store? And these changes have been disruptive. They have changed people's lives. The jobs that once sustained our middle class, they either don't pay enough or they are gone, and we need someone that understands that as our nominee Is the first time ive heard anyone but Obama address the reality of our economy. It was not Trump, who still thinks we should make American labourers work for less... IP: Logged |

The best one liner and handsome face goes to Rubio Walker blended into the background and didn`t throw the bone I was looking for. I didn`t see or read about the earlier debate w/Perry. ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

Two different angles. http://www.politico.com/story/2015/08/joe-biden-president-2016-decision-213103 There's some suggestion that Clinton has been trying to persuade electors and other Dems to sign on and lock in her nomination, but I don't see any back up for the melodramatic conclusion Randall has jumped to. Maybe this is a different article? http://news.yahoo.com/clinton-quietly-trying-discourage-biden-2016-bid-07130679 9--election.html IP: Logged |

Its bad enough that this is her MO.. locking in delegates before the Dems have even had a debate. . Contemporary politics forget the issues just go for the pawns in the numbers game. Forget the Voters, its the electors that count. Guessing Prince Dumpster is planning on buying them, and suing the slackers. . IP: Logged |

I`m certain Hillary is trying to disuade him. With the private server business, she is trying to get her numbers back and Biden is just another hinderance. ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

Yrs, probably. She is trying to lock in the delegates before the race has even really started. Which shows fear and cynicism imo. But it's a far cry from her "camp ' warning him off. People who like Hillary could care less about the bogus email story. In fact must People could care less that she did what has pretty much always been done since Secs of State began using email. They Like the idea of a woman president. They see her as a survivor of thirty years of mud slinging and abuse by the other side. They see her as smart. And I guess they see her as a chance to win and keep the White House Dem. But just as many see her as a bought woman who will protect Monsanto and the corporate welfare crowd. She has good points along with the bad. ..and brains and stamina. .and Biden has lots of reasons not to run. But i doubt he's scared of her and find the melodrama tedious, typical demonizing politics by the yellow press adherents. IP: Logged |

Brits comparing Trump to a well known demagogue of the 30s
Some important stuff I have noted. 1: kick out all the immigrants (Mexicans) 2: solve 1/2 the employment problem by using labor (legal Mexicans) to rebuild infrastructure, namely a big "F*ck off" wall to keep illegals out. And the other half to build a massive army. Sound familiar ? Plagiarizing the national socialist hand book.IP: Logged |
