God bless the lost souls of Paris, and the souls that were lost just days before in Beirut. (I do understand that identifying with people makes it easier to remember them.)

You've shared a great deal of information. But I don't need to argue the facts. I can talk about what has actually occurred in your life and my own, as we sit comfortably and safe in the great US of A, far from danger and violence, and the inconvenience of refugees.

I believe I have been annoyed with you more than once and expressed it. But I don't believe I have ever insulted you, or threatened you. I often feel a confusing amount of empathy for you.

But you've said very many hurtful things about me; the most insulting and hurtful being that I celebrate the death of children.

Don't try to make separation between me and Muslims worldwide. I am sure I know more about Islam and I am sure I know more Muslims. I can't be called religious or devout, but that doesn't mean I don't know what it is.

Is it an issue of religion, or is it an issue of poverty and anger at oppressive governments supported by the West before 2001, and anger with the West over imperialist wars after 2001?

Ishan (sincerity) is lost when there is compulsion. America is the place for the rebirth of Islam, not because American Muslims are planning to take it over and implement Sha'ria, but because unlike in the theocracies of the East, real faith has a chance in the heart of a believer.

Sha'ria is real, but what makes you think all the Muslims in the world want to put the west under Sha'ria Law? Because we want to wear hijab? Because of the rules we live by in our own homes?

Or is it because of "oppressive" way fathers raise their daughters and husbands treat their wives. Did that hint at dreams of world domination?

I do not want a country under Sharia Law, in which women have no freedoms, as well as many other things I would prefer not to mention here because they are abhorrent to people in democracies

If YOU want to come here and respect our democracy, then I say Welcome.

The problem is that the people who did the French attack want to put France and ALL democracies under Sharia law.

People should know that.

First of all, the people behind terrorism are DOING it to make democracies be under Sharia Law.

That is the purpose.

If YOU don't want that, that is great.

If YOU came to America for it's FREEDOMS, that is great.

Other people want to implement Sharia Law here and in all democracies.

If you and your friends are not under this heading, then this does not apply to you.

I opened this thread in the hope of us looking at what lead to the Paris attacks in Astrology terms, and it has become a mountain of sparks.

Can we actually analyse and discuss the astrology please and not slate each other for having different opinions and trying to be 'experts' and 'know-it-alls' at how a country should defend itself.
