Moon in Sagittarius (again the 9H theme) square Jupiter itself - conflict based on beliefs/religion (if it's indeed what it is).

Uranus (10H) quincunx Jupiter - tension, disruptive energy made public/on a societal scale.

Mars conjunct NN...(?) and in Libra (actually a pretty argumentative position - Cardinal, inspired by ideas/ideals, "justice", etc).

For something Like this I look at the Helio as well as the Geo.
Heliocentric Chiron is ahead of the Geo position at 19pi50 which is the south Helio node of the asteroid BAM as well as child.
Helio BAM is at the Helio north node of Violetta. And Pluto is conjunct Child.
And Geo Jupiter with 1* of that at 18vi46.
So the geo Jup and Chiron op has Helio ties to BAM AND Child.
Also the the TNP Vulkanus is at the Node of
Pholus, and pholus(geo and helio) is conjunct
the TNP Cupido Equatorial decsendant of chart.
Also the asteroid Vulcano(4464) Exactly conjunct the perehelion of BAM.
We do not look directly at helio nodes at
geocentric asc but we can at any objects at/near the asc also at Helio nodes.
Helio south node of Saturn 23cp40 and for Pluto 20cp30. Going with the estimated time you show looking at other asteroids for violence at asc/dsc and any aspects to them
as made stronger by helio nodes of saturn and pluto( harsh energies). 1rst here ofcourse is the halfSQ from Saturn itself
And of course Helio MARS AND URANUS are trioctile with EA(door to geo) and the Cupido/Plolus.
Just looked and nasty ole Eris is at 22 ar52 connected to perehelion of BAM by Vulcano(4464).
TEREROSTS believe they are delivering Karma.
Helio Jp and Nepper sit on the Helio nodes of Karma.
Another door from Helio to Geo is the apogee/perigee line of our moon. Perigee is at Ecliptical Ellipse Phase of Eris,, and Helio ISIS is at perehelion of Eris.

So many asteroids related to Violence and the turmoil that follows could be checked.Asteroids not fresh on my mind.
If an exact time of first blast is known
then exact aspects would tell the story in Geo.

Security has been extremely high, you can bet they did not go far to get heeled so I suspect no huge amount of time.
The real question I ask is how did security fail as to let someone in with a shotgun and suicide bombers,, and possibly bombs planted in advance. THATS THE QUESTION!
