yes randall. i heard and aware of what the director said. i also expressed my rational points to you earlier today in a few responses on pages 10-11. it's hard to follow you because your perspectives are not rational at all...you just consistently accuse her of lying, like she killed or stole from you or something. it's very personal to you lol

if you missed, here it is again. i added / the last couple of sentences as marked.

this is only regarding her email scandal. i cannot 100% say Hillary never lied on other things. And if she did, who cares? have you not lied in all of you life? Trump? Obama? Bush?? ETC ETC

the point is, why does people keep constantly accuse her of being a liar. all these anger projected onto her? just because comey said she sent and received classified emails... you and the Trump supporters / conservatives quickly jump and says AHA, SHE LIED. when it CLEARLY is explain WHAT THOSE CLASSIFIED EMAILS ARE! They were incorrectly labeled. LOL

it's like taking a quote of something, and not reading the WHOLE STORY and calling it a FACT/TRUTH!

yes, they contained top secret / classified information, but those 8 email CHAINS were NOT marked classified (had no classified markings on them)

the only classified emails in question here are those 3 incorrectly marked emails. which i highlighted to you on my previous post.

here is a quote from the house oversight committee and from director comey:

the July 7 House Oversight Committee hearing shows, Comey was asked by Rep. Trey Gowdy whether it was true, as Clinton said, that there was “nothing marked classified” in her emails. Comey responded, “That’s not true.” He went on to say that “there were a small number of portion markings on, I think, three of the documents.”

In that hearing, Comey also said that those three emails weren’t properly marked and could have been missed by Clinton. State Department spokesman John Kirby said in press briefings on July 6 and 7 that the department believes two of the emails were wrongly marked as confidential. Kirby said that the emails were “call sheets” — information to be used when talking to foreign leaders — and a portion of those are marked as “confidential” until a secretary of state decides whether or not to call the leaders in question. Kirby said that it appears Clinton had made the decision to place those two calls, so the “confidential” markings should have been removed.

SO, the point here is. Did Hillary lie when she said: "there was nothing marked classified in my emails either sent or receive"? No, she didn't lie... because of the FACT most of those emails were either NOT marked classified or incorrectly marked classified. the FBI could not find an INTENT that she sent classified emails. Yes, she was and i quote the director 'careless' in handling her email server. That's it. Period. End of story. Let's sing KUMBAYA. Let.it.Go.

I wanted to see and hear for myself, and totally get a clear understanding with proven facts. so I took my time to watch all 6 hours (when i had the time) because I am not one to ASSUME and blame people. I want my facts straight, and real. I value not coming to the conclusion and accusing a person a liar so lightly, without the facts. it's much easier to not jump to conclusion and not disassociate from what's real.

to be fair yes, some of the things she lied and was proven by comey. example, when she said she only used one server, when in fact there were numbers of others used.
