The FBI found her actions to be extremely careless, i.e, grossly negligent. So, she violated the statute. She is guilty. They just chose not to prosecute. Why? We can only speculate. The Clintons are above the law.

Where is the presumption of innocence? Anyone can file a civil case, and Trump is a target. It was dismissed the first time. If it had any merit, the left wing press who despise Trump would jump all over it. But since you mentioned Epstein, Bill Clinton was flying on Epstein's Lolita Express all across the country. Clinton and Epstein were best buds. Also Clinton was accused of raping Juanita Broaddrick. Look it up. Bill also had accusations of sexual harassment and groping.

The Clintons aren't billionaires, but Bill has had a number of sexual accusations. Billionaires like Trump are a target for frivolous lawsuits. You hear more about Trump, because he refuses to settle a suit. Contrast that to Walmart. Walmart wants to stay out of the press and settles many of theirs. Trump feels that since he has done nothing wrong, he isn't going to settle. Very admirable!
