They abide by the FMLA, which allows for unpaid maternity leave (12 weeks of it). Any extra (paid) days must be deducted from other forms of PTO.I actually like Ivanka. I just wish she would review the actual policies of her dad's businesses before making such broad, inaccurate statements.

It's also a bit odd that Trump is pushing for paid maternity leave, but he doesn't provide it to his own employees. (Not all of them at least - some do receive it but not "everybody" which is what Ivanka has been insisting.)
Interestingly enough, The Clinton Foundation does provide 12 weeks of PTO for new moms (and dads). The benefits are identical for both men and women.
