The facts are that she violating the statute. Extremely careless is the same thing as gross negligence. Intent isn't required. Us law students and law professors are absolutely shocked that she wasn't brought before a grand jury. IP: Logged |

I think it is kind of strange that it took so long to read much less material. How many duplicates do you think could be wrapped up in them, that's stretching. I just hope they were careful going through them and handled the situation properly, because now, they look like a mess and people may trust the FBI less.IP: Logged |

Then how can you be so sure there is nothing complicit in those e-mails? She deleted them after receiving a Congressional subpoena (in and of itself a felony), and she used Bleach Bit (indicative of malicious intent). Not to mention smashing 13 phone devices with a hammer! Surely e-mails about yoga and tv shows would not warrant such treatment. IP: Logged |

The only problem is that Hillary The Corrupt was guilty as hell.
