Just make sure to replace Corrupt with Martyr, Hillary is no longer corrupt, but someone who "went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways" and he wants you to "help her heal", he made that very clear.  ------------------

But he is an infection (a whopping sickness) or at least a rotten apple. Allowing his hate speech to soil these pages conveys the message that it is OK to be ill-mannered and throw temper tantrums. i hear you  well, in my case its not really about him being a Rep, but 1. his hate speech
2. his twisted ignorance
3. mixing up most basic political definitions (this is dangerous, seriously!  )
4. flashing lies about Nazism
etc. yes, too many wonderful persons have already distanced themselves from LL, not to mention the Mods who left, because of people like him. maybe Randall can lay down the law. he already asked some islamophobic...not to write in here, so i still have some hope left he gonna set boundaries to jwhop. Please say no inside and outside to high level attempts against a free press (1st Amendment) - happening almost daily on this Twitter account, either successful or not. Coupled with the other actions (nepotism, interference in private business, demagogy, bullying), this is how the rise of a megalomaniac dictatorship looks like, this is how it happened, every time (take it from someone who was born in one).

That reporter should have been kicked out. He was the rude one, and he kept yelling at Trump and interrupting him. Yes, CNN has made up stories. Do you not recall when they outright lied about the Secret Service questioning Trump about threats to Hillary? It never happened.IP: Logged |

Except that this is not the way a democratic head of state counteracts sensitive press info about him, by pointing fingers at every news channel or newspaper or journalist criticizing him, calling everyone "fake news". He also does not refuse to accept questions from reputable news sources like CNN and BBC, calling them "fake" and bullying their reporters for the entire world to see and does not harass and mock them on his social media.Both CNN and BBC promoted propaganda news in their history, or they retracted information, like all news sources. This does not change what they are. We all know CNN is today, NYT and WaPo were yesterday, and any media outlet criticizing Mr Trump will receive the same treatment tomorrow. A democratic head of state received from his voters the privilege to be constantly under the eye of the press, the privilege of this barometer and at all times, either he wants to deny the allegations or not, he oozes this privilege. Trump comes and goes, but this is a fundamental principle to be cherished. ------------------

The press needs Trump. Trump doesn't need the press. If CNN wants to be respected as a reliable news source, then they should act like one. That's why their ratings have fallen so much, especially when compared with FOX News. There's a reason the other outlets didn't touch this story. IP: Logged |
