That's the whole point. It's a criminal investigation into an act which isn't a crime. There's far more evidence of Hillary having committed numerous felonies, where Comey handed out immunity like candy, and no special counsel. It's not interesting at all. It confirms that he told President Trump three times that he was not under investigation and that there was no obstruction. President Trump asked for Comey's loyalty (to America and the American people, of course). And Comey was asked to drop the Flynn investigation, not the Russian investigation, which his boss had the right to do. President Trump wanted Comey to tell the public that he wasn't under investigation, which was fair, and Comey had a history of doing so. No obstruction. No impeachment. Epic fail, Dems. Move along. I saw the Senate Hearing. No trouble for Trump, some trouble for the AG Sessions.A lot of trouble for anyone colluding with Russia as Comey confirmed Russian Interference in the US Democratic Process.
And absolutely fine, calm and cool [Presidential?] performance by Comey. He sure isn't a Nut Job but a politician in the making.
The biggest winner here is US Democracy. What transparency, what focus on determining the Truth! Enviable.

He also stated a time when they wouldn't say there was an investigation - because they weren't supposed to. Not an epic fail. He said more than once, that Russia basically took over this election, and that is not okay. You have selective hearing. IP: Logged |

Obstruction is a crime. Crimes have elements. Even if President Trump said exactly what Comey claimed he said, it's bad form, but it's not obstruction--it's not even close.IP: Logged |

Are Repubs trying to cover for, or undermine, their president by claiming it's understandable he doesn't know when he's crossing the line?
