My question was genuine. When has Trump blatantly lied under oath? I know he's been involved in many suits, he is a business tycoon after all, but that's not in question. And I don't want to hear about all of the apparent lies he has spewed in the past, because honestly they are all arguable and again not what I'm asking. What I am seeing looking for this are articles of Trump being accused of lying during the presidential debates, and a suit for a condo transaction back in 2013 that haves absolutely no evidence of Trump lying under oath. There is a suit from 2007 when Trump admitted to exaggerating numbers. He didn't lie. Trump can be pompous. It's not a trait I'm keen on personally. He may have fluffed himself up and made his stake in a company seem larger than it was - but he didn't lie under oath. If I'm wrong, please direct me to a non-opinionated factual source. IP: Logged |

I am not talking about this investigation. I dint have tine right now to locate links but Trumps history with mobsters homegrown and Russian has had him in court several times and he has denied knowing those under investigation despite long working relationships Look up Trump Salerno Gambini Sater to get you going. Its a trail His mentor, Roy Cohn, was a lawyer for mobsters. You might check him out too The construction and casino industries especially in NY/Atlantic City/ Las Vegas are "family" minefields. To be fair Dumpster is not unique in such associations IP: Logged |

As for Obama hiding said info it was publicly reported last summer and he took it to the Repubs who stonewalled him and made out he was only doing it for political reasons. Also documented. In October there were also stories. We know how much the Repubs cooperated with O on anything except military subjectsIP: Logged |

Is Bloomberg and Timothy O`brien fair enough? http://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2017-06-12/trump-s-history-of-lies-according-to-biographer-timothy-o-brien As far as I am concerned, once a liar always a liar. ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

Are you saying you've never lied, Juni? So, let's be real. Lying under oath, however, is a crime. I still see no evidence that shows President Trump lied under oath, where he would have been sanctioned, unlike Bill Clinton who did and was. IP: Logged |

I doubt juni has lied under oath Randall.you didn't read the link juni posted did you? If you cared it would lead you to more evidence of which there must be records considering the provenance dont you think? ..He has lied under oath. Perhaps not since becoming president. But has he told the truth? He was informed by Sally Yates about Flynn.. but claimed he knew nothing. Why? That is just one questionable instance. Over to you IP: Logged |

I did read the link. Perhaps, you didn't understand what you read. Trump (allegedly) admitted to 30 past lies while under oath. In other words, he didn't lie under oath. Juni said: "...once a liar always a liar." So, I guess we are all always liars.IP: Logged |

No I understood it all right. He "also lied during that deposition" (under oath) and many of those lies he admitted to were also while under oath. I also understand that you feel no curiosity to look further. Its,easier to use "alleged" if you don't pry. There is a qualitative difference between a person who has lied on occasion, and a liar. Especially when under oath. Of course people can change and learn from mistakes. So far the President head not led under oath since inauguration. But what he calls lying when others do it is nothing of the sort when he does. Time will tell. IP: Logged |

What? He lied under oath but he didn`t lie under oath? Please explain that without double speak. ------------------ Partial truth~the seeds of wisdom~can be found in many places...The seeds of wisdom are contained in all scriptures ever written… especially in art, music, and poetry and, above all, in Nature.

He admitted to lying under oath. You just said it yourself. Doing so once, really isn't a good thing. You will defend anything he does. Anything. IP: Logged |

The attorney got him to admit to 30 lies he had told in the past. He was under oath, so he told the truth. Capiche?IP: Logged |

It was pure threatening intimidation. A Trump trait and it is simply wrong for him to do so publically and it made him look like a fool.. Threatening him. Trying to scare him. He's just a bully. Someone in a position to know, said it was at the very least witness tampering.

No, it did not make President Trump look like a fool. He trolled the press for days, and we love it! It wasn't witness tampering. You have no idea what the law states. The law is the law. The law allowed President Trump to fire Comey. The law allows President Trump order the Deputy AG to fire Mueller. If the Deputy AG refuses, the law allows President Trump to fire him and replace him with someone who will. There is no obstruction. There is no collusion. President Trump could have called Putin and asked him to leak info that would help him win the election, and there would still be no law broken. Keep dreaming. IP: Logged |

Actually the media reported on the WH exposures of the Russian tampering last summer. I heard it how did anyone not? Republicans stonewalled investigation because they could and accused Obama of trying to ruin their parade for political purposes. Perhaps all by himself Obama could have tanked the whole election by screaming and tweeting about it😉 or perhaps he did what he could by himself I can just imagine what Bitebarf&Jones' audience would have said about that of they'd been paying attention Its great to troll the fake news but some people don't know all news is fake at least some of the time, nor how to spot the difference unless they are told whom to believe. Suddenly the news (that Trumpet was informed of last summer) is not a hoax. Why do you think he invited the Russians to find those emails? http://m.dailykos.co m/stories/2017/6/25/1675010/-Trump-asks-FBI-to-investigate-Obama-over-the-Russian-election-scandal-Twitter-roasted-him?detail=facebook IP: Logged |

The fact that he CAN does not mean it's not obstruction or intimidation. Let him keep it up till everyone sees what he's playing at. This is the way the mob rules. IP: Logged |
