He has not been under oath to my knowledge (besides taking the oath of office). And there's no proof that he ever lied under oath. President Trump didn't admit to Russia, because there was no known evidence. Now that we know Obama hid it from everyone and that Russia tried to hack voter rolls (unsuccessfully), it makes sense to go with the evidence and concede to it. IP: Logged
