I finally got into the spirit of things at a rib festival tonight. The man heading the symphony orchestra, read out, "Give us your poor, your tired" and I felt like I was back at the women's march. As the fireworks were going on, a young Muslim couple of front of us, turned to take a selfie. I was glad they felt safe there. They looked happy.
