No, not at all. They couldn't use a direct quote, because it came from an interview transcript, and that hasn't been unclassified yet. A different process has to be gone through before a direct quote from a transcript can be released. But the dossier was the first thing they used to lead with in the FISA application, which is very telling. IP: Logged |

Nunes did not lie. The Steele dossier was fabricated to obtain FISA warrants. The Deputy Director of the FBI testified the FISA warrant would not have been sought without the Steele dossier as there was insufficient evidence to present to the court to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump officials. The Steele dossier comprised the BULK of the evidence the FBI said they relied on to present to the FISA Court. The real liar is Adam Schiff who has...without a shred of evidence...tried to keep the "Trump Colluded with Russia" ball in the air for a year+. The Schiff/democrat memo contains lies..by omission and straight through the teeth lies democrats know are lies. So what? The Steele dossier was used to secure a FISA warrant against Carter Page on October 19, 2016 well after the FBI knew Page was doing work for Ukraine. Page actually helped the FBI investigation against foreign nationals and his information was used to secure convictions. This is all politically motivated. Hillary and the DNC used lying political opposition research...obtained illegally to get an investigation going against Trump. Hello Banana Republic tactics. I take it you are not on twitter. Just look at #QAnon.Almost every day they were asking for the hanging to death of Obama, Podesta and Hillary in 2017, approximately till Dec 2017.
At minimum, they wanted imprisonment in Gitmo for Obama and Hillary. Do you condemn those people or not?
I will say that 90% of them are Russian Bots but I have had direct messages from several Americans who insist that their demands are legit. These are your GOP Base.

This memo is a diversionary tactic to draw attention away from the clear fire of corruption and possible treason going on in Trump's circle. They are trying to erode our most prized and important institutions to maintain their hold on power, sadly they are damaging some of the fundamental pillars of our democracy- but it does seem that some people don't' really want a democracy anymore.
