Now she says she will testify if he goes first. That's not how it works. The accuser always testifies first, so that the defendant can respond. That's how our court system works. That's how justice works. That's how fairness works. He can't respond to allegations if he can't hear them first. He has the right to defend himself. So, why does she want him to go first? Because she has nothing of factual substance to say!

If Ford has testimony to give, then in the name of justice testify. Then Kavanaugh can respond to the accusations in specificity. But this won't succeed as a stall tactic.
