Convicting him on an accusation is going too far and yes a lot of people (not just women) are going there. Diminishing the accuser to a tool of Dem vendettas is ALSO going too far and should be beneath a federal judge auditioning for SCOTUS.. also totally out of place for the President to be feeding him tactics and judging him innocent without more "evidence" Im afraid both are all too "normal" -and I expect more of people in the WH and SCOTUS Jwhop talks like this all the time.."hysterical female"? So you keep saying, Randall. Verging on hysterical, one might say... have you never remembered a long buried memory? Does it really matter what the method was? Hypnosis is not voodoo. I can sit at my desk and go into levels of consciousness achieved through hypnosis, and yes, remember things i haven't thought of in decades, among other things. Hypnosis is junk science. It's not admissible in court, because it's fantasy. That's why she can't recall hard facts--such as date, time, and location. If hypnosis is so good, why can't she pull up that info?  IP: Logged |

Hypnosis is just the art of inducting people to alpha or theta where subconscious blockers are not so strong. Millions swear by it and he's, regression is one facet.. we're not talking past lives here. I can remember any number of places i lived in my college years but addresses? No. I know who i lived with and can remember some incidents that took place there, but I couldn't give you a date or directions! However the memories are real and the people i still know can corroborate that i lived there. On the other hand under oath Kavanaugh claimed he only went to parties on weekends but his own calendar shows one on a Thursday involving two of the people Ford mentioned. He claims the Country Club is far from his house but he lived like a half mile away. He pretends that his college record proves he didn't drink much.. but i know any number of people who were out of their heads regularly and did very well at my highly regarded college, and went on to be highly regarded professionals in his field and others. He claims witnesses said the party never happened, when what they actually said was "i don't recall" .. he claims he never drank too much but several others were shocked to hear such a lie coming from a SCOTUS candidate... etc etc etc It's not the teenage Kavanaugh that is the problem, but the ongoing one.
