It doesn`t matter what we believe. What matters is what can be as close to fact and proof as possible. Believers on both sides can huff and puff and show graphs, stats and polls. Either one or the other will be cleared. Until then, why all the smoke and mirrors showing who believes who??? ------------------

I've been consistently blamed for my BIL hitting on me, too. Punished for it. Even when he admitted to it, I was told that he just said that to appease me. That it obviously wasn't true. He tried to sleep with me. Told my mother that he was in love with me. But I made it all up apparently.  I am appalled by the pubbies who said they would vote for him, even if he were found guilty of raping her. If he definitely had raped her. Hoping they all lose their jobs soon. IP: Logged |

She was "terrified" to be there, but she was smiling and giggling like a little girl whilst enjoying all the attention of her 15 minutes of fame and acclaim. She was too scared to fly, but she flies all over the world for both work and play. She "heard" them pinball down the stairs. Like a dream, she could "see" different perspectives, even though she was supposedly locked in the restroom. And she could "hear" them talking downstairs in the living room?IP: Logged |

That's called deflection. You voted for a woman who, while as a lawyer, defended a child rapist, helping him to be set free, and told the judge the 12-year-old made the rape up. For s student of law Randall you show much ignorance of the function of a defense attorney, which does not include choosing only innocent defendants. That whole putsch about her laughing about that case has been proven to be a scam. She was doing her job, not having fun. Be that as it may, while everybody is watching the circus in center ring, don't tell me it's only Dems who slide around in the tall grass

And the difference with Ellison? Yes, Dems asked for investigation. There has been investigation and he has asked for a House Ethics Committee investigation also. So far Kavanaugh has basically cringed at the mention of investigation.I don't remember any shortage of investigations into either or both Clintons, While in office. IP: Logged |

The gripe here is Judge K did not say I welcome an investigation much less "of course I would do one". He hid behind the senate judiciary committee.

Forget your preconceptions, Randall.. i listened to him refusing to answer those questions myself. C-span, which i referenced on the day, is s great source isn't it? You continually try to undermine people by mocking their heads forces but it doesn't wash. There is a vast difference between "I'll do anything you decide" and "yes i welcome and want an investigation". For a start one is passive aggressive and the other is positive. Secondly he had no reason to believe that such investigation would be allowed by the Intel Hater in Chief. He was evasive in the initial hearings and evasive in the Ford hearing. IP: Logged |

And i have heard the haters claiming that she laughed about clearing this defendant.* * * This is the third former classmate i have heard saying that Kavanaugh lied under oath about his drinking. What else does he lie about and how is he qualified to judge anyone if he can't admit his own college behavior?

Hillary didn't simply "defend" a child rapist. She told the judge that the 12-year-old victim made it all up, "because she fantasized of being with an older man." This is the same woman who has been quoted as saying that "all sexual assault victims should be heard and believed." Did she "hear" and "believe" the women who accused her husband? Hillary received tens of millions for her foundation from countries where women are second class citizens and when raped and can only claim so with two eyewitnesses.
