When the WH intern attempts to grab the mic, Acosta clearly pushes her arm at the inside of her elbow. This is unarguably a battery. Plus, the rule is one question and maybe one follow-up. He asked four questions during his unrelenting rant. He should not be allowed back.IP: Logged |

Granted Acosta was irritating.But why did the Intern not press charges if Acosta committed battery?
Do those who commit battery say "Pardon me Ma'am" without raising their voice? But I agree that he should not be allowed back by the White House, for if he returns, Trump will humiliate him in public again by calling him "You are a terrible person etc". By not returning, Acosta can allow Karma to catch up. Already there are whispers of Rupert Murdoch about to abandon Trump. On Twitter, a Trump Cultist named Matt Drudge suddenly deleted tens of thousands of his tweets. There is also talk of shunting out both Hannity and Tucker in coming weeks. Acosta can cover those stories than get repeatedly insulted in the White House. Also, there is talk of Trump Loyalist Whitaker about to recuse himself ala Sessions. There's no Constitutional Right for Acosta...or any other press weenie to be in the White House. There's no statutory right involved either. There's also no 5th Amendment Right involved in Acosta's press pass or any other so called journalist either. Without the " press weenies" there would be no DT. Personally I would back the press on a complete blackout on coverage of His Hiness. Straight reporting on actions and nothing else.By the way are all those soldiers still camping out waiting for the caravan no one cares about anymore?
