Most Americans will know the Utoya massacre by the name of its perpetrator, Anders Breivik. He was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and deemed criminally insane. I don't know how many are willing to let it go at that though.

pire, if you are advocating for an ethnic cleansing again, do please rethink that position.
