About obstruction, prosecutors are not allowed to say anything about those they do not indict. But this hack just couldn't resist. You can't "almost" commit obstruction. Without an underlying crime, what is being obstructed? Mueller stated that there is no nexus to a pending proceeding or corrupt intent. Those are the elements of the alleged crime. Without all of the elements, there is no crime. Saying that it does not exonerate the President is a factual statement, because it's not in Mueller's authority to do so.IP: Logged |

VINDICATION!Attorney General Bob Barr released portions of the Mueller report this afternoon. No collusion or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. No obstruction of justice by President Trump. Now, demorats are ripping Robert Mueller...whom they were counting on to find something against President Trump. Just a few days ago, Mueller was their fair haired boy who was going to help them overthrow the results of the 2016 election. Naturally, that won't stop these far left lunatics in congress. They're screeching, howling and sniveling about subpoenaing Bill Barr and Robert Mueller to testify before their committees...and bring all the tons of evidence collected during the almost 2 years of the Mueller investigation.
