Editor’s note: Yesterday, we learned that dozens of agents came to the US to rig the presidential election. What we learned, not reported below, is that their job was to select sufficient precincts in 26 states that could be rigged through hacking or altering paper ballots to rig the election for Trump.

The GOP and Federalist Society worked with them and hundreds of election workers were paid off in order to allow uploading malware to flip votes or stuff ballot boxes.

America's Secret Government: Unaffected by Elections, Beyond the Reach of the Law

Unaffected by elections. Unaltered by populist movements. Beyond the reach of the law. Say hello to America’s shadow government.

A corporatized, militarized, entrenched bureaucracy that is fully operational and staffed by unelected officials who are, in essence, running the country, this shadow government represents the hidden face of a government that has no respect for the freedom of its citizenry.

No matter which candidate wins the presidential election, this shadow government is here to stay.

Indeed, as recent documents by the FBI reveal, this shadow government — also referred to as “The 7th Floor Group” — may well have played a part in who will win the White House this year.

To be precise, however, the future president will actually inherit not one but two shadow governments.

The first shadow government, referred to as COG or Continuity of Government, is made up of unelected individuals who have been appointed to run the government in the event of a “catastrophe.”

COG is a phantom menace waiting for the right circumstances — a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, an economic meltdown — to bring it out of the shadows, where it operates even now. When and if COG takes over, the police state will transition to martial law.

Yet it is the second shadow government — also referred to as the Deep State — that poses the greater threat to freedom right now.

Comprised of unelected government bureaucrats, corporations, contractors, paper-pushers, and button-pushers who are actually calling the shots behind the scenes, this government within a government is the real reason “we the people” have no real control over our government.

The Deep State, which “operates according to its own compass heading regardless of who is formally in power,” makes a mockery of elections and the entire concept of a representative government.

So who or what is the Deep State?

It’s the militarized police, which have joined forces with state and federal law enforcement agencies in order to establish themselves as a standing army.

It’s the fusion centers and spy agencies that have created a surveillance state and turned all of us into suspects.

It’s the courthouses and prisons that have allowed corporate profits to take precedence over due process and justice.

It’s the military empire with its private contractors and defense industry that is bankrupting the nation.

It’s the private sector with its 854,000 contract personnel with top-secret clearances, “a number greater than that of top-secret-cleared civilian employees of the government.”

It’s what former congressional staffer Mike Lofgren refers to as “a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies”: the Department of Defense, the State Department, Homeland Security, the CIA, the Justice Department, the Treasury, the Executive Office of the President via the National Security Council, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a handful of vital federal trial courts, and members of the defense and intelligence committees.

It’s every facet of a government that is no longer friendly to freedom and is working overtime to trample the Constitution underfoot and render the citizenry powerless in the face of the government’s power grabs, corruption and abusive tactics.

These are the key players that drive the shadow government. This is the hidden face of the American police state that will continue long past Election Day.

Just consider some of the key programs and policies advanced by the shadow government that will continue no matter who occupies the Oval Office.

Domestic surveillance

No matter who wins the presidential popularity contest, the National Security Agency (NSA), with its $10.8 billion black ops annual budget, will continue to spy on every person in the United States who uses a computer or phone.

Thus, on any given day, whether you’re walking through a store, driving your car, checking email, or talking to friends and family on the phone, you can be sure that some government agency, whether the NSA or some other entity, is listening in and tracking your behavior.

Local police have been outfitted with a litany of surveillance gear, from license plate readers and cell phone tracking devices to biometric data recorders.

Technology now makes it possible for the police to scan passersby in order to detect the contents of their pockets, purses, briefcases, etc.

Full-body scanners, which perform virtual strip-searches of Americans traveling by plane, have gone mobile, with roving police vans that peer into vehicles and buildings alike — including homes.

Coupled with the nation’s growing network of real-time surveillance cameras and facial recognition software, soon there really will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide.

Global spying

The NSA’s massive surveillance network, what the Washington Post refers to as a $500 billion “espionage empire,” will continue to span the globe and target every single person on the planet who uses a phone or a computer.

The NSA’s Echelon program intercepts and analyzes virtually every phone call, fax and email message sent anywhere in the world.

In addition to carrying out domestic surveillance on peaceful political groups such as Amnesty International, Greenpeace and several religious groups, Echelon has also been a keystone in the government’s attempts at political and corporate espionage.

Roving TSA searches

The American taxpayer will continue to get ripped off by government agencies in the dubious name of national security.

One of the greatest culprits when it comes to swindling taxpayers has been the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), with its questionable deployment of and complete mismanagement of millions of dollars’ worth of airport full-body X-ray scanners, punitive patdowns by TSA agents and thefts of travelers’ valuables.

Considered essential to national security, TSA programs will continue in airports and at transportation hubs around the country.

USA Patriot Act, NDAA

America’s so-called war on terror, which it has relentlessly pursued since 9/11, will continue to chip away at our freedoms, unravel our Constitution and transform our nation into a battlefield, thanks in large part to such subversive legislation as the USA Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Act.

These laws completely circumvent the rule of law and the rights of American citizens.

In so doing, they re-orient our legal landscape in such a way as to ensure that martial law, rather than the U.S. Constitution, is the map by which we navigate life in the United States.

These laws will continue to be enforced no matter who gets elected.

Militarized police state

Thanks to federal grant programs allowing the Pentagon to transfer surplus military supplies and weapons to local law enforcement agencies without charge, police forces will continue to be transformed from peace officers into heavily armed extensions of the military, complete with jackboots, helmets, shields, batons, pepper-spray, stun guns, assault rifles, body armor, miniature tanks and weaponized drones.

Having been given the green light to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance, all with the general blessing of the courts, America’s law enforcement officials, no longer mere servants of the people entrusted with keeping the peace, will continue to keep the masses corralled, controlled, and treated like suspects and enemies rather than citizens.

SWAT team raids

With more than 80,000 SWAT team raids carried out every year on unsuspecting Americans by local police for relatively routine police matters and federal agencies laying claim to their own law enforcement divisions, the incidence of botched raids and related casualties will continue to rise.

Nationwide, SWAT teams will continue to be employed to address an astonishingly trivial array of criminal activity or mere community nuisances including angry dogs, domestic disputes, improper paperwork filed by an orchid farmer, and misdemeanor marijuana possession.

Domestic drones

The domestic use of drones will continue unabated. As mandated by Congress, there will be 30,000 drones crisscrossing the skies of America by 2020, all part of an industry that could be worth as much as $30 billion per year.

These machines, which will be equipped with weapons, will be able to record all activities, using video feeds, heat sensors and radar.

An Inspector General report revealed that the Dept. of Justice has already spent nearly $4 million on drones domestically, largely for use by the FBI, with grants for another $1.26 million so police departments and nonprofits can acquire their own drones.

School-to-prison pipeline

The paradigm of abject compliance to the state will continue to be taught by example in the schools, through school lockdowns where police and drug-sniffing dogs enter the classroom, and zero tolerance policies that punish all offenses equally and result in young people being expelled for childish behavior.

School districts will continue to team up with law enforcement to create a “schoolhouse to jailhouse track” by imposing a “double dose” of punishment: suspension or expulsion from school, accompanied by an arrest by the police and a trip to juvenile court.

Overcriminalization

The government bureaucracy will continue to churn out laws, statutes, codes and regulations that reinforce its powers and value systems and those of the police state and its corporate allies, rendering the rest of us petty criminals.

The average American now unknowingly commits three felonies a day, thanks to this overabundance of vague laws that render otherwise innocent activity illegal.

Consequently, small farmers who dare to make unpasteurized goat cheese and share it with members of their community will continue to have their farms raided.

Privatized Prisons

States will continue to outsource prisons to private corporations, resulting in a cash cow whereby mega-corporations imprison Americans in private prisons in order to make a profit.

In exchange for corporations buying and managing public prisons across the country at a supposed savings to the states, the states have to agree to maintain a 90% occupancy rate in the privately run prisons for at least 20 years.

Endless wars

America’s expanding military empire will continue to bleed the country dry at a rate of more than $15 billion a month (or $20 million an hour).

The Pentagon spends more on war than all 50 states combined spend on health, education, welfare, and safety.

Yet what most Americans fail to recognize is that these ongoing wars have little to do with keeping the country safe and everything to do with enriching the military industrial complex at taxpayer expense.

Are you getting the message yet?

The next president, much like the current president and his predecessors, will be little more than a figurehead, a puppet to entertain and distract the populace from what’s really going on.

As Lofgren reveals, this state within a state, “concealed behind the one that is visible at either end of Pennsylvania Avenue,” is a “hybrid entity of public and private institutions ruling the country according to consistent patterns in season and out, connected to, but only intermittently controlled by, the visible state whose leaders we choose.”

The Deep State not only holds the nation’s capital in thrall, but it also controls Wall Street (“which supplies the cash that keeps the political machine quiescent and operating as a diversionary marionette theater”) and Silicon Valley.

This is fascism in its most covert form, hiding behind public agencies and private companies to carry out its dirty deeds.

It is a marriage between government bureaucrats and corporate fat cats.

As Lofgren concludes:
"[T]he Deep State is so heavily entrenched, so well protected by surveillance, firepower, money and its ability to co-opt resistance that it is almost impervious to change…

"If there is anything the Deep State requires it is silent, uninterrupted cash flow and the confidence that things will go on as they have in the past. It is even willing to tolerate a degree of gridlock: Partisan mud wrestling over cultural issues may be a useful distraction from its agenda."
In other words, as I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, as long as government officials — elected and unelected alike — are allowed to operate beyond the reach of the Constitution, the courts and the citizenry, the threat to our freedoms remains undiminished.

So the next time you find yourselves despondent over the 2016 presidential candidates, remember that it’s just a puppet show intended to distract you from the silent coup being carried out by America's shadow government.

The election was rigged. And the side claiming the rigging would happen, rigged it.
No matter which candidate you voted for or wanted to win, it is important to examine the vote counts, exit polling and technical issues of the election. Perhaps the fear lies in perceptions of what to do about it, if true that the election was rigged? How would Donald Trump supporters react, if the Neocons were called on the rigging? Even if you voted for Trump, you should care. The rigging is clear and done with potential, purposeful intent. Interestingly enough, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats are not crying foul, probably out of fear and carefully managed perceptions, or is it also with intention? As Clinton potentially stole the Primary Election, is the rigging of the National Election permissible by the Neocons and seen as “fair?”
So what to do about it? Over the course of last week, I spent hours putting together the attached sheets showing the vote count in 2016 vs. 2012 in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. There were large discrepancies. In Wisconsin, there was one county, Rock County, with 10,000 missing voters? Did people not show up in such large numbers in this one particular county, where they purged, or were their votes just removed using hacking? With little analysis done about the actual numbers of the election, about the votes themselves, we are all left to wonder. In foreign countries, the very basis for election results is exit polling data, which determines if an election is rigged. Homeland Security tied to attempted hack of Georgia's election database:
An attempted hack into Georgia's voter registration database was traced back to the Department of Homeland Security, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
A third-party security firm working for the state detected the unsuccessful breach and linked it to an IP address associated with DHS, the report said. Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp reportedly sent a letter to Homeland Security asking the department to confirm whether an attempt was made

Hackers warn voting machines in the US pose security “serious risks”

Makers of the M650 system, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), told the Wall Street Journal that since voting machine uses paper ballots, votes can be audited
Voting machines pose “serious risks” to US security, hackers are warning. A report outlines major flaws in voting hardware, weeks before US mid-term elections. One ballot machine, used in 23 US states, carries a cybersecurity flaw that was reported over a decade ago, the hackers claim.
An expert warned that lessons would need to be learned if the UK adopts electronic voting systems.
In August, the Def Con conference in Las Vegas ran a “Voting Village”, where participants were encouraged to uncover flaws in US election infrastructure by hacking into various computer systems. The organizers of the conference released a 50-page report on their findings.
They describe the number and severity of flaws in voting equipment as “staggering”.
“The problems outlined in this report are not simply election administration flaws that need to be fixed for efficiency’s sake, but rather serious risks to our critical infrastructure and thus national security,” the report claims.
More than 30 voting machines and other pieces of equipment were made available to attendees of the conference, including the M650 electronic ballot scanner, which is currently used by 23 US states.
The report says vulnerabilities mean the M650 can be remotely hacked. A design flaw reported as far back as 2007 was also found in the model tested during the conference.
The organizers of the conference argue that because the unit is designed to process a high volume of ballots, hacking one of the machines could enable an attacker to “flip the electoral college and determine the outcome of a presidential election”.
The makers of the M650 system, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), told the Wall Street Journal that because the voting machine uses paper ballots, votes can be audited.
The company also said “the security protections on the M650 are strong enough to make it extraordinarily difficult to hack in a real-world environment”.
In August, four US Senators signed a letter to ES&S, which said they were “disheartened” that the company had chosen to dismiss the hacker’s demonstrations.
ES&S responded, saying forums open to anonymous hackers “may be a green light for foreign intelligence operatives” and should be viewed with caution.

Haaretz: Cambridge Analytica whistleblower Christopher Wylie said on Tuesday to British MPs that “the company utilized the services of an Israeli private intelligence firm, Black Cube.”

Black Cube, which was also implicated in the Harvey Weinstein scandal, was apparently hired to hack the personal data of Nigerian President Buhari prior to his election to get access to his medical records and private emails, reported multiple sources on Wylie’s testimony. He also testified that that his predecessor at Cambridge Analytica died mysteriously in a Kenyan hotel room – and may have been poisoned after a deal went “sour.”
Black Cube denied Wylie’s claims, saying, “Whilst we are flattered that we are seemingly being connected with every international incident that occurs, we will state that Chris Wylie’s testimony is a flagrent lie.” The firm vowed to investigate the claim themselves to “reveal the truth and the motive behind Wylie’s defamatory lie” and to “launch a massive defamation claim against … Christopher Wylie, SCL or Cambridge Analytica for any pound they still have or don’t have.”
Wylie also said that the Canadian company AggregateIQ worked on software called Ripon, which was used to identify Republican voters ahead of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
AggregateIQ did not immediately respond to request for comment on the remarks by Wylie.
Wylie has previously disclosed how users’ data from Facebook was used by Cambridge Analytica to help elect U.S. President Donald Trump.
Ripon, the town in which the Republican Party was founded in 1854, was the name given to a tool that allowed a campaign to manage its voter database, target specific voters, conduct canvassing, manage fundraising and carry out surveys.
There’s now tangible proof in the public domain that AIQ actually built Ripon, which is the software that utilized the algorithms from the Facebook data,” Wylie told the British Parliament’s Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee.
AggregateIQ told Reuters on March 24 that it had never been and is not a part of Cambridge Analytica nor ever entered into a contract with it.
It said it works in full compliance within all legal and regulatory requirements and had never knowingly been involved in any illegal activity.
Cambridge Analytica said on Tuesday that it had not shared any of the Facebook profile data procured by a Cambridge academic with AggregateIQ. It said it had not had any communication with AggregateIQ since December 2015.
Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg will not answer questions from British lawmakers over the Cambridge Analytica scandal, The Telegraph newspaper and the BBC reported.
During Monday’s session low on the U.S. stock market, Facebook had lost $100 billion in market value since March 17, when newspapers first reported that Facebook member data was improperly used by consultants Cambridge Analytica to target U.S. and British voters in close-run elections.

The Daily Beast tell a different story: that the vast majority of Wikistrat’s clients were foreign governments; that Wikistrat is, for all intents and purposes, an Israeli firm; and that the company’s work was not just limited to analysis. It also engaged in intelligence collection.

Robert Mueller’s office is investigating Wikistrat and Zamel, according to The Wall Street Journal, as the special counsel’s probe expands into Middle Eastern (governments’ attempts to influence American politics.

While living, the victims suffered from disorders such as epilepsy, amnesia, Alzheimer's disease, chronic headaches and psychosis.
Yes, that is the subject of the documentary in cold terms. It is another matter to see the victims on the screen. ie. To watch the Moroccan lady describe what getting 35, 000 times the dose of allowable x-rays in her head feels like.

To watch the bearded man walk hunched down the street.
" I'm in my fifties and everyone thinks I'm in my seventies. I have to stoop when I walk so I won't fall over. They took my youth away with those x-rays."
To watch the old lady who administered the doses to thousands of children.
"They brought them in lines. First their heads were shaved and smeared in burning gel. Then a ball was put between their legs and the children were ordered not to drop it, so they wouldn't move. The children weren't protected over the rest of their bodies. There were no lead vests for them. I was told I was doing good by helping to remove ringworm. Because the whole body was exposed to the rays, the genetic makeup of the children was often altered, affecting the next generation. We watch the woman with the distorted face explain, "All three of my children have the same cancers my family suffered. Are you going to tell me that's a coincidence?"

The film made it perfectly plain that this operation was no accident. The dangers of x-rays had been known for over forty years. We read the official guidelines for x-ray treatment in 1952. The maximum dose to be given a child in Israel was .5 rad. There was no mistake made. The children were deliberately poisoned.

The amount of radiation used stands as undeniable proof of malicious intent.

When the "100,000 radiations" were done to the Sephardic children, the measure of cumulative dose was the now outdated rad. There are approximately 100 rads to the modern day Sievert.

If your entire body receives 600 rad within a short period of time, which equals approximately six sieverts, the outcome is typically fatal. This is because it kills enough cells across your entire body to poison the blood stream with dead tissue byproducts. However, localized doses can be much higher if the whole body is not involved, with typical cancer radiation therapy at around 8,000 rad.
The brain is extremely resistant to radiation - more so than any other part of the body. So to do guaranteed damage, a dose of 35,000 rads (or 350 sieverts) was put through the heads of these children. That may seem like a high amount, but the brain is so resistant to radiation that it takes 5,000 rads to even begin to do brain damage, so to ensure brain damage, seven times that much was put through the children's heads. Since that is 58 times the whole body dose for a typical outcome of death, it cannot be denied that the Ashkenazi Jews, who had this done to the sephardic Jews, wanted them mentally destroyed.
It is important to realize just how resistant the brain is to radiation because the amount of radiation used defies all conventional wisdom about what can be tolerated by the body, which will cause some people to look away from this if they do not realize how much the brain can take. It is also important to state how much radiation was used, because this alone shows the clear intentions of the Ashkenazi, in their push for ethnic superiority.
So the children were arriving home, delirious, sick, and with severe burns to the heads, and because it happened in a state authorized procedure, none of their parents protested.

Israel's Rampant Racism Against Black Jews Continues to be Ignored

A prominent member of Israel’s right wing Likud party, Miri Regev, called black immigrants a “cancer in our body.” Beyond the racist rhetoric, the facts exemplify the discrimination.

30% of those incarcerated under the age of 18 happen to be Ethiopians. 40% of all Ethiopians in the Israeli military (All men of age in Israel are conscripted by law) have served time in prison.

In 1996, thousands of Ethiopian Jews protested and clashed with Police when they found out the blood they had donated was thrown out because of fear it was contaminated with AIDS.

Even more heinous to note is the fact that it has been found that Ethiopian Jewish women have been administered Depo-Provera, a hormonal contraceptive WITHOUT their consent or knowledge, to prevent them from having children.

Ethiopians immigrants, when interviewed by an investigative journalist, said they were intimidated and told the injections were just protocol vaccinations. Curiously, this sort of eugenic practice was mastered by none other than Nazi Germany

Interestingly, not only have Israeli politicians remained quiet about these incidents, but even the left wing Israeli parties that claim to support civil rights for minorities have refused to utter a word.

It is even more shocking to realize that the State of Israel bases its justification for existence on the historical discrimination the Jews faced as a minority in Europe, yet they don’t seem to have a problem with discrimination as long as they are the perpetrators.

”Contrarian Hungarian ex-communist and scientist Arthur Koestler brought the Khazar hypothesis to a wider audience with The Thirteenth Tribe (1976), in the hope that disproving a common Jewish “racial” identity would end antisemitism. Most recently, left-wing Israeli historian Shlomo Sand’s The Invention of the Jewish People took Koestler’s thesis in a direction he had not intended, arguing that because Jews were a religious community descended from converts they do not constitute a nation or need a state of their own. In 2012, Israeli researcher Eran Elhaik published a study claiming to prove that Khazar ancestry is the single largest element in the Ashkenazi gene pool. Israel seems finally to have thrown in the towel. A blue-ribbon team of scholars from leading research institutions and museums has just issued a secret report to the government, acknowledging that European Jews are in fact Khazars. (Whether this would result in yet another proposal to revise the words to “Hatikvah” remains to be seen.) At first sight, this would seem to be the worst possible news, given the Prime Minister’s relentless insistence on the need for Palestinian recognition of Israel as a “Jewish state” and the stagnation of the peace talks. But others have underestimated him at their peril. An aide quipped, when life hands you an etrog, you build a sukkah.

And the new Cypriot-Israeli gas deal props up Ukraine and weakens the economic leverage of both the Russians and the Gulf oil states. Just brilliant.”

Given the confluence of the weekend and the Purim and Saint Patrick’s Day holidays, reporters scrambled to get responses. Reactions from around the world trickled in.

• Members of the YESHA Council of settlers, some of them evidently the worse for wear after too much festival slivovitz, were caught completely off-guard. Always wary of Netanyahu, whom they regard as a slick opportunist rather than reliable ideological ally, they refused to comment until they had further assessed the situation.

Most of the hastily offered reactions fell into the predictable categories.

• Right-wing antisemitic groups pounced on the story as vindication of their conspiracy theories, claiming that this was the culmination of the Jews’ centuries-old plan to avenge the defeat of Khazaria by the Russians in the Middle Ages, a reprise of Israel’s support for Georgia in 2008. “Jews have memories as long as their noses,” one declared.

• From Ramallah, a Fatah spokesman said the offer was a start but did not go nearly far enough toward satisfying Palestinian demands. Holding up an image of a Khazar warrior from an archaeological artifact, he explained:

There is a continuum of conquest and cruelty. It’s very simple, genetics does not lie. We see the results today: the Zionist regime and brutal Occupation Forces are descended from warlike barbarians. • An official of a leading human-rights NGO said:

Evacuating illegal settlements must be a part of any peace deal, but first forcing settlers to leave Palestine and then resettling them in Ukraine may be a violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention. We’ll see what the ICC has to say about this. And if they think they can be even more trigger-happy in Ukraine than the West Bank, they have another thing coming.

• Ultra-Ultra-Orthodox spokesman Menuchem Yontef (formerly of Inowraclaw) welcomed the news:

We reject the Zionist state, which is illegitimate until Mashiach comes. We don’t care where we live as long as we can study the Torah and obey its commandments in full. However, we refuse to serve in the military there as well as here. And—we also want subsidies. That is G-d’s will.

• The spokeswoman for a delegation of Episcopalian peace activists, reached after the Christ at the Checkpoint conference in Bethlehem, said, with tears in her eyes:

We applaud this consistency of principle. If only all Jews would think like Menuchem Yontef—in fact, I’d like to call them “Menuchem Yontef Jews”: “M. Y. Jews,” for short—then antisemitism would disappear and members of all three Abrahamic faiths would again live together peacefully here as they did before the advent of Zionism. The nation-state is a relic of the nineteenth century, which has caused untold suffering. The most urgent task for world peace is the immediate creation of a free and sovereign Palestine.

It may seem like a paradox to establish alterity or ‘interruption’ at the heart of ethical relations. But to know that we have first to consider what such terms mean. Jacob had twelve sons by four women. They are:
•From Leah: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun
•From Rachel: Joseph and Benjamin
•From Bilhah (Rachel's maid): Dan and Naphtali
•From Zilpah (Leah's maid): Gad and Asher

Joseph, of course, had two sons - Manasseh and Ephraim.

The tribe of Levi was not given an inheritance, as we see in Joshua 13:14:

But to the tribe of Levi he gave no inheritance, since the offerings made by fire to the LORD, the God of Israel, are their inheritance, as he promised them.

We see the separation of the 'House of Joseph' into the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh in Joshua 14:4 (and a repetition of the Levite's inheritance)

We can read in the rest of Joshua 13 the particular land each tribe was given (note that Manasseh actually became two half-tribes. One half was beyond the Jordan, and eventually disappeared from Israel).

The basis for Ephraim and Manasseh being full tribes is given in Genesis 48:5-6, as Jacob adopts them as if they were his own sons (as Reuben and Simeon):

And now your two sons, Ephraim and Manasseh, who were born to you in the land of Egypt before I came to you in Egypt, are mine; as Reuben and Simeon, they shall be mine. Your offspring whom you beget after them shall be yours; they will be called by the name of their brothers in their inheritance.

So the twelve tribes can be listed as:

Levi. The Levites, unlike all the other tribes, did not live in one place. They were dispersed throughout the land of Israel as priests. They were not given an inheritance (land) because they received a living from the rest of the tribes' offerings –

Here is Exodus 28:21 (NRSV):

There shall be twelve stones with names corresponding to the names of the sons of Israel; they shall be like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes.

There is no definitive answer as to which exact list of names was inscribed on the stones, and in which order. The Hebrew Bible provides no such list in connection with the stones of the breastplate, and the earliest surviving extra-biblical Jewish writings and commentaries come from a period long after the breastplate was lost. So we have no eyewitness accounts of the names and their order on the breastplate.

However, the dominant tradition among Jewish scholars seems to be that the names inscribed on the stones were those of the original twelve sons of Jacob.

This listing occurs in the Bible text right after the birth of Jacob's youngest son, Benjamin, making it the first compact listing in the Bible of the twelve sons, or tribes, of Israel.

The actual birth order (see Genesis 29:31-30:24; 35:16-18) is:

Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, Benjamin

According to this section of an article from the 1906 Jewish Encyclopedia there are various opinions on the order in which the names were inscribed on the stones. One opinion from an early author is that "the order corresponded to that given in Ex. i. 2-4, except that Zebulun was followed by Dan, not by Benjamin, and that the last two names were Joseph and Benjamin." This rearrangement of the order given in Exodus 1:2-4 (which lists the 11 brothers that went down to Egypt; Joseph, as noted in Exodus 1:5, was already there) would yield this order:

Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Joseph, Benjamin

In this order, the six sons of Leah come first, then the two sons of Bilhah, then the two sons of Zilpah, then the two sons of Rachel, so that the sons of Jacobs two wives bracket the sons of their two maids.

Jacob had twelve sons, and on spiritual matters, we count those twelve. With Levi as one and Joseph as one. (That's for instance what you'd find on the High Priest's decision breastplate.)

On financial/land matters, however, Levi did his own thing, and Joseph got a double portion as his sons Ephraim and Menashe. . . .

So: on spiritual matters: yes Levi, and Joseph=1, total =12. On monetary matters: no Levi, and Joseph=2, total=12.

The answer does not give a source of this distinction, but it does seem to hold water based on the narrative of the Hebrew Bible and Jewish traditions and scholarship.

NIV refers Manasseh and Ephraim as clans of Joseph. See Joshua 16:1 where the Ephraim families received allotments of Joseph's inheritance. Verse 4 states the distribution is clan by clan. Joshua 17:2 refers to Manasseh clans. They received inheritance due to the blessing of Jacob and his acceptance of them as true grand-sons. This was an honor to Joseph in Gen. 48:5. This blessing is overlooking the boys are not fully Hebrew or of Israel as their mother was Egyptian, Gen. 46:20. Other children of Joseph were excluded from the adoption but received inheritance from their brothers, Gen. 48:6. Confusion enters in Gen. 48:5 where the boys are erroneously equated to Reuben and Simeon. Gen. 49 lists the twelve tribes and does and does not mention Manasseh or Ephraim. Gen. 49:28 states "All these are the twelve tribes..." (NIV). I believe the confusion of tribes is due to choices of the translators in confusing the intent of the text by choosing "tribe" over "clan" or "family".

My other answer to this question focuses specifically on the tribes engraved on the breastplate as mentioned in Exodus 28:21.

This answer is on the more general question of which tribes were on the list of twelve tribes, since with Ephraim and Manasseh, there were thirteen tribes total.

First, the Bible consistently refers to twelve tribes, never thirteen. This has less to do with history than it does with cultural patterns. Here is an explanation from Ancient Jewish History: The Twelve Tribes of Israel at the Jewish Virtual Library:

The number twelve is neither fictitious nor the result of an actual genealogical development in patriarchal history. It is an institutionalized and conventionalized figure which is found among other tribes as well, such as the sons of Ishmael, of Nahor, of Joktan, and Esau. Similar organizational patterns built about groups of twelve, or even six, tribes, are known from Asia Minor, Greece and Italy. . . . [T]here can be little doubt that this pattern of twelve attributed to the Hebrew tribes is very real and historically rooted. Thus, if one tribe were to withdraw from the union or to be absorbed into another, the number twelve would be preserved, either by splitting one of the remaining tribes into two or by accepting a new tribe into the union. For example, when the tribe of Levi is considered among the twelve tribes, the Joseph tribes are counted as one. However, when Levi is not mentioned, the Joseph tribes are counted separately as Manasseh and Ephraim. For the same duodecimal considerations, Simeon is counted as a tribe even after having been absorbed into Judah, and Manasseh even after having split in two, is considered one.

In the Bible narrative this principle can be seen being established in the book of Joshua. In the course of Joshua chapters 13-19, where the tribal inheritances (lands) are delineated, Levi is still referred as a tribe (see Joshua 13:14, 33) along with all of the twelve tribes that received tribal inheritances. But after that point in the Bible narrative, Levi is no longer called "the tribe of Levi" but rather "the Levites."

The one exception to this shows that Levi was still thought of as a tribe. In 1 Chronicles 23, which is inserted into the narrative at the time of David and Solomon, which is well after the tribal inheritances were established, in a genealogy of the Levites it says:

As to Moses, the man of God, his sons are called after the tribe of Levi. (1 Chronicles 23:14)

Even though historically there were thirteen tribes due to the split of the tribe of Joseph into two tribes, Ephraim and Manasseh, they were always called twelve tribes, and the various lists generally include twelve names--or if they do include thirteen, Levi is distinguished from the rest.

So which tribes are on the list?

(Note: the lists below are not exhaustive. For a fuller account of places in the Bible where the tribes are listed, including a visual chart, see: The Twelve Tribes of Israel, by Felix Just, S.J., Ph.D.)

Here are some of lists in the Old Testament in which they are specifically referred to as "tribes." None of them is in birth order:
•Genesis 49:1-28: Jacob blesses his sons: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Zebulun, Issachar, Dan, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Joseph, Benjamin. This list includes the twelve original sons of Jacob. They are referred to as "the twelve tribes of Israel" in verse 28.
•Numbers 1: The census taken a month after the Exodus from Egypt. This is a particularly interesting and relevant chapter in which all thirteen tribes are mentioned, and Joseph is included as well, as the father of Ephraim and Manasseh, but the list is still kept to twelve. There are two listings. The first is in Numbers 1:5-15: Reuben, Simeon, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Ephraim, Manasseh, Benjamin, Dan, Asher, Gad, Naphtali. The second is in Numbers 1:20-43: Reuben, Simeon, Gad, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Ephraim, Manasseh, Benjamin, Dan, Asher, Naphtali. In both lists Ephraim and Manasseh are included as tribes, and Levi is not.
•Numbers 2: A listing of the arrangement of the tribes when encamped around the Tabernacle in the desert, and their order of marching when on the move. This is another fascinating list that includes all thirteen names. However, Levi is called "the Levites" rather than "the tribe of Levi." (The head tribe of each division of three tribes is also not specifically called a "tribe" in this listing, however.) Here is the order, with all thirteen names: Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Reuben, Simeon, Gad, Levi, Ephraim, Manasseh, Benjamin, Dan, Asher, Naphtali.
•Numbers 13:1-16: At the Lord's command, Moses sent a leader from each of the twelve tribes to explore the land of Canaan. The tribes represented were: Reuben, Simeon, Judah, Issachar, Ephraim, Benjamin, Zebulun, Manasseh, Dan, Asher, Naphtali, Gad. This list does not include Levi, and instead of Joseph it includes his sons Ephraim and Manasseh.
•Ezekiel 48:1-29: The division of the land into tribal inheritances, as told in Ezekiel. Here is the list: Dan, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Ephraim, Reuben, Judah, Benjamin, Simeon, Issachar, Zebulun, Gad. In this listing, as in the listing in Numbers 2, Levi is included in the middle, but is called "the Levites" rather than being called a tribe.
•Ezekiel 48:30-35: The gates of the city will be named after the tribes of Israel: Reuben, Judah, Levi, Joseph, Benjamin, Dan, Simeon, Issachar, Zebulun, Gad, Asher, Naphtali. In contrast to the previous listing, also in Ezekiel 48, this list includes the twelve original sons of Jacob.

This does not include lists in the Old Testament where they are not referred to as "tribes" but rather as as "sons" (of Jacob, or Israel), such as:
•Genesis 29:31-30:24; 35:16-18 (the original birth stories)
•Genesis 35:23-26 (a compact list inserted right after the birth of Benjamin, the youngest son)
•Exodus 1:2-5 (a list of the sons of Jacob who went to Egypt, plus Joseph, who was already in Egypt)

Finally, here are two listings in the Old Testament that use neither the word "tribe" nor the word "son," though they are clearly referring to the people belonging to each tribe:
•Deuteronomy 27:9-13: Blessings from Mt. Gerizim and curses from Mt. Ebal just before entering the Holy Land to conquer it. Here is the list: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph, Benjamin, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, Naphtali. This list includes the original twelve sons of Jacob, and does not include Ephraim and Manasseh.
•Deuteronomy 33: Moses blesses the Israelites before his death. The word "tribes" occurs in verse 5, but it is not specifically applied to the names. Here is the list: Reuben, Judah, Levi, Benjamin, Joseph, Zebulun, Issachar, Gad, Dan, Naphtali, Asher. This list includes only eleven names. It is based on the twelve original sons of Jacob, but Simeon is left out.

Turning to the New Testament, there is one more list of the tribes that demonstrates the rule that there must always be twelve tribes. It does this by breaking the rule that the list will include either the tribes of Joseph and Levi or the tribes of Ephraim and Manasseh, but still sticking to the number twelve:
•Revelation 7:1-8: 144,000 sealed, 12,000 from each tribe: Judah, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph, Benjamin. This list includes Manasseh, Levi, and Joseph, and does not include Dan and Ephraim.

As you can see from these examples, though the number associated with the tribes is always twelve, there is much variety in which tribes are included in the list, and especially in the order in which they are listed, throughout the Bible.

Whenever the subject is the tribal inheritances, the list of twelve always excludes Levi and Joseph and includes Ephraim and Manasseh. However, in other contexts, such as blessings, it is common to list the original twelve sons of Jacob, including Levi and Joseph.

The Vision of the Valley of Dry Bones prophecy is one of the most powerful prophecies of the prophet Ezekiel. In this vision, Ezekiel finds himself in a valley full of dry human bones of Israelite origins. He is asked to revive them, bring them hope, and lead them to the land of Israel.

For the past decades, Paleogenomics, the field dealing with ancient genomes, has been fulfilling Ezekiel’s vision by extracting DNA from dry bones and telling their stories with increasing accuracy.

As Ezekiel envisioned, only dry (and cold) bones can tell stories. Humidity and heat accelerate the degradation of the DNA beyond repair. At times, even the samples we can use are of poor quality, leading to an inability to put together all the pieces of the DNA and thus incomplete stories from the bones as if told by stuttering tongueless skeletons. These are only some of the challenges we face in our efforts to reconstruct the past.

Ezekiel’s prophecies were written in the 6th century after several exiles of the Judeans to Babylon (601-582 BC). The importance of this vision to the debate on the continuity of the Jewish people became apparent very quickly. Already in the Talmud, two interpretations were offered. The first considered it a complete allegory.

The second considered it a reality where the Babylonian exiles returned to Israel and continued the Judaean bloodline. Zionism, a secular movement that recruited the Bible to serve its needs whenever necessary, considered the State of Israel the ultimate fulfillment of Ezekiel prophecies and called to the ingathering of the exiles.

The question of whether Ezekiel’s vision has been correctly interpreted is not anachronistic and has offshoots in history, archeology, linguistics, and genetics – the battlefields of the primordialists and constructivists.

Did contemporary Jews descend from the ancient Israelites, as the primordialists claim? Or did they descend from people who converted to Judaism and only later on adopted nationalist ideas as the constructivist camp argues?

Of course, one look at Ethiopian, Yemenite, Ashkenazic, and Russian Jews can lend credence to the constructivist view without digging up a single bone. However, the primordialist camp has ready-made answers to that question. It criticized the weak diasporas Jews who succumbed to assimilation and embraced the Jews who remained as authentic Israelites.

It has always been clear that the only way to decide which Jewish communities represent the ancient Israelites most accurately, we should go back to the source – Israel. Therefore, in the late 19th century a search for the jüdische Typus, the “Jewish type” was launched. Anthropologists explored Palestine, studied the native inhabitants, and compare their anthropological measures to Jews.

The results of these studies were incredibly disappointing, at least to the Ashkenazic Jews who carried out these studies and craved to see the jüdische Typus reflected in the mirror. As it turned out, Yemenite Jews held the greatest anthropological resemblance to the wandering Bedouins, the poster boys of the Patriarchs.

Ashkenazic Jews, by contrast, resembled the Caucasian type more than anything else (Efron 1994). This was not what Zionist leaders wanted to hear amid the formation of their nationalistic movement that called Jews to return to their homeland, fight and, maybe, die for it. The research question had to be rephrased.

Abandoning any desire to see a jüdische Typus specimen ever again, the new research paradigm focused on studying features common to all contemporary Jews and deriving the characteristics of the jüdische Typus from them (Elhaik 2016). Unfortunately, no biomarker for Jewishness was ever found in a way that excluded Jews from non-Jews.

Yet the question remained: which of all the Jews who have nothing in common except religion, best represent the Ancient Israelites.

The answer among the Ashkenazic Jewish researchers was almost unanimous – let us mould the jüdische Typus in our own image.

To support these claims, geneticists began producing a large body of literature aimed to support and prove two things:

1) their genetic superiority and

2) their genetic ties to Israel, by showing their resemblance to Levantine populations (Falk 2017), whose own claims to the land were later dismissed on account of being “work migrants.” Kirsh (2003) demonstrated how human geneticists and physicians have consistently manipulated their results and emphasized the sociological and historical aspects of their research using their work as a vehicle for establishing a national identity and confirming the Zionist narrative.

The mammoth in the room was the lack of any genetic evidence from the ancient Israelites that would allow testing the similarity of their DNA to that of modern-day Jews. Since no one imagined that mammoths would ever come to life, they avoided the problem completely.

It was much easier to pretend that modern-day Jews and, Ashkenazic Jews, in particular, are living replicas of the ancient Israelites who not only were all related to one another but also resisted the gene flow from non-Jews all this time. One such enthusiastic advocate is Harry Ostrer (2012), who incidentally tipped his hand by explaining that,

“The stakes in genetic analysis are high. It is more than an issue of who belongs in the family and can partake in Jewish life and Israeli citizenship. It touches on the heart of Zionist claims for a Jewish homeland in Israel. One can imagine future disputes about exactly how large the shared Middle Eastern ancestry of Jewish groups has to be to justify Zionist claims.”

It seems that Ostrer, a resident of a former Native Indian land now known as New York, is so passionate to gain rights to more lands that he completely forgot that his recent 2010 study (Atzmon et al. 2010) ascribed only 50% of Middle Eastern ancestry to Jews compared to 56-59% of non-Jews.

Ostrer’s proposal, thereby, grants non-Jews the largest proportion of the land although they represent only 25% of the general population. One has to assume that those 50% Middle Eastern ancestry of Jews must have experienced a mitosis between the two publications to avoid considering Dr. Ostrer suggestions as discriminatory toward the Jewish people.

Despite of the imagined link between modern-day Jews and the ancient Israelites, the claims of the primordialist camp became well accepted in the direct-to-consumer industry.

The myth of the “Cohen gene” (Skorecki et al. 1997) or “Four mitochondrial mothers” (Behar et al. 2004) produced by the members of this camp became the bedrock of the Genetic Judaism era, where one needs only to order a genetic test from the right company to receive a Jewishness certificate.

Paleogenomics changed all that. Thanks to advances in the field, it became possible to extract DNA from ancient people and identify their mictochondrial haplogroups and even autosomal DNA.

This remarkable progress allowed the unthinkable: A semi-revival of the ancient Israeltes from their dry bones and the recovery of their stories. The DNA extracted from those bones can tell us who these people were, what they looked like, what they ate, and what diseases they carried (Nielsen et al. 2017; Prohaska et al. 2019).

We can trace their migration routes to gain a deeper understanding of where we all came from. Yes, they can also tell us how similar those ancient Israelites were to modern-day people, and if modern-day Jews are not the lineal descendants of the ancient Israelites, we can find out who is.

To answer some of these questions, I launched the Primeval DNA test.

The test allows anyone to upload their autosomal DNA file obtained from any genetic company and compare themselves to ancient people from an initial set of seven populations: Ice Age Europeans, Stone Age Europeans, Medieval Vikings, Egyptian mummies, Roman Britons, Chumash Paleo-Indians, and Ancient Israelites.

The ancient Israelites were obtained from three regions Motza Tachtit at the territory of the tribe of Benjamin, Peqi’in (Naphtali), and Rakefet Cave (Manasseh), near the valley of the Rakefet river.

The results can be discussed in our FB group. I also launched the Ancient DNA Hub as a source of knowledge on ancient cultures whose DNA has have been sequenced.

The Primeval DNA test is the most potent genetic tool publicly available to test claims of ancient origins. It allows anyone to journey to their deep past, and explore for the first time their genetic similarity with ancient people. The bones still cannot speak, but in their own way, they have a lot to teach us and allow us to reevaluate our core beliefs.

The answer to the question who is closer to the ancient Israelites rests in the DNA extracted from some 50 bones of ancient Israelites and Judaeans with many more to come. Are modern-Jews mostly Middle Easterns (or ancient Israelites) like Ostrer claims? Hardly.

I ran the test on 80 Jews from various communities. Upon examining the results, I could not help noticing the irony considering how the progress in population genetics validated the findings of the 19th-century anthropologists who combed the Levant in an honest search for the jüdische Typus before the repercussions of their findings became clear and their results were deplored on every stage.

The most similar Jews to the ancient Israelites who left their dry bones in the Rakefet Valley in Israel were Yemenite Jews, but that genetic similarity was less than 10%, on average, in agreement with our previous analyses ascribing less than 5% ancient Levantine ancestry to Ashkenazic Jews (Das et al. 2017) and in support of their potential relatedness to the Ashina tribe.

Yet, these averages mask the high heterogeneity among all Jewish communities. Some people may share the highest similarity with Gal (named after Wonder Woman actress Gal Gadot), a young Neolithic women – only 6200 years old, and other people may find that they are close to Abraham, a Turkish man (E1b1) who led a group of Anatolians to what he must too have felt was the promised land.

Due to the many population replacements that the area experienced, we can see a diverse range of mitochondrial haplogroups that vary over time. Among the most common lineages are J2, K1a, and T. An analysis of Judaeans from the first century AD confirmed the prevalence of the T haplogroup (Matheson et al. 2009), found today in less than 10% of Ashkenazic Jews

Unsurprisingly, not a single skeleton matches the alleged four Ashkenazic Jewish mothers, whose origin is in prehistoric Europe (Costa et al. 2013). As expected, an exact match with one of those mothers was found in Neolithoc Spain (Haak et al. 2015). Interestingly, the Y chromosomal haplotypes of the ancient Israelites are typically E1b1 and T1 haplotypes, commonly found today in Africa with lower frequencies in the Middle East and Europe.

We can expect that future tests covering other regions of the world would be able to explain the remaining portion of the elusive Jewish ancestry. Only time will say if “Genetic Jewishness” will evolve onto “Primeval Jewishness” where people define their Jewishness based on their similarity to ancient Israelites and Jews rather than modern ones. Think about it the next time that your favorite genetic testing company tells you that you have some “Ashkenazic Jewish ancestry” or worse, that you are 100% Jews.

I hope that future tests covering other regions of the world would be able to explain the remaining portion of the elusive Jewish ancestry. Will “Genetic Jewishness” evolve onto “Primeval Jewishness” where people define their Jewishness based on their similarity to ancient Israelites and Jews rather than modern ones. Only time will say.

The quest to trace the Jewish Patriarchs has been going on for millennia. According to mythology, the Judaeans descended from three Patriarchs—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—who are buried in the Cave of the Patriarchs (Cave of Machpelah) in Hebron along with Adam and Eve and the four Matriarchs—Sara, Rebecca, Leah, and Rachel.

The cave was never excavated, but on top of it is a relatively modern building, which Herod the Great built, likely to honor his Edomite ancestors. From the more scientific efforts in this quest, recent DNA analyses of Ashkenazic Jews revealed that their maternal line is European and that their autosomal DNA has only 3% ancient Levantines ancestry, similar to what Europeans share with Neanderthals. So if the remains in the cave are neither that of the Israelites’ nor modern-day Jews’ Patriarchs, where can we find the Jewish Patriarchs?

During the 6th century, the Gok-Turkic tribe of Ashina were forced to migrate westwards toward the Caucasus. Thanks to their organizational and military skills, the Ashina united the Caucasus tribes and formed the Khazar Khaganate. Offering freedom of worship and taxing trade, the Khaganate quickly rose to power, threatening the Byzantine Empire and Umayyad Caliphate.

As it turned out, uniting dozens of Eurasian tribes was a relatively small matter compared with matters beyond their borders. The Pagan Ashina realized very quickly that being situated on the Silk Roads means potentially high income but also tension with their monotheistic neighbors.

At that time, most of the world’s Jews were in Iran. They were descendants of the refugee elite of the Assyrian and Babylonian exiles, the Jews of Habayeb, but mainly converts. The DNA of Iranian and Iraqi Jews look like the DNA of the local populations.

The tolerance of the Persians encouraged the Jews to adopt Persian names, words, traditions, and religious practices, and climb up the social ladder gaining a monopoly on trade. To maintain their monopoly, they invented secret languages and converted populations along the Black Sea to expand their global network.

DNA of Yiddish speakers could have originated from four ancient villages in northwest Turkey

Among these converts were the Alans, Greeks, and Slavs who resided along the south shores of the Black Sea. Upon conversion, they translated the Bible into Greek, built synagogues, and continued expanding the Jewish trade network. Their Judaism, however, was an anomaly in the Old World. These Jews enjoyed good relationships with the Romans, had female community leaders, and rejected circumcision.

In these respects, the Jews of Asia Minor were pre-Reform. Living in the mythological land of Noah’s great-grandson and knowing the Biblical legends of their mighty Scythians neighbors, these Jews adopted the name Ashkenaz. The DNA of Ashkenazic Jews can be traced to “Ancient Ashkenaz,” an intersection of trade routes in Eastern Turkey, adjacent to four primordial villages whose name derived from the word “Ashkenaz.”

The Ashkenazic Jews began migrating to central Europe and the Caucasus, where they were disappointed to learn that the political wisdom of the Ashina outshone their financial wisdom. Like their religion, the pre-capitalistic Jewish trade was strange to the Ashina, but they were convinced that Judaism was the solution to their problems.

Indeed, following their Judaization, the Ashina (or Ansa) became legendarily rich and lived in relative peace with their neighbors. The Khazar Jews adopted Slavic practices and began developing Yiddish as a new secret language suitable to Slavic lands.

At that time, Jews acquired the Y chromosomal haplogroups Q1b-L275 (Q-Y2200) and R1a-Z94 that likely originated from the Ashina elite and other core Khazar Clans. The R1a-Z94 haplogroup is found in Jew with the priestly surname “Levi,” perhaps indicating their Shaman origin.

When the Jewish Empire began to collapse, by the 10th century, the Jews migrated to Ukraine and Italy. The global Jewish trade network collapsed, East separated from the West, and the Jews of Iran and Ashkenaz reunited only after a millennium.

Yiddish became the lingua franca of Ashkenazic Jews and absorbed German words while maintaining the Slavic grammar. The global trade moved to the hands of the Italians, Dutch, and English, and the Jews were pushed aside.

When asked to adopt surnames during the 17th and 18th centuries, many chose the surname Kohen, Khahan, Kogan, and their derivatives, which echoed their Khazarian origin and their Khagan ruler.

The Ashina and core Khazar Clans were absorbed by the Ashkenazic Jews. Browsing through the Y haplogroup of prominent Jewish figures like the Gaon of Vilna and the Banker family Oppenheim reveals that these Clans continue to hold positions of spiritual and financial leadership. Interestingly, the Israeli Prime minister noted that he is a descendant of the Gaon of Vilna.

This story could not be told without the use of genetic technology (like STRs, GPS Origins, Ancient GPS, and TPS) that track the past of modern-day people. Though they may not be able to pinpoint a burial site, these tools allow a new appreciation of the Ashina and Khazar Clans from which some of the real Jewish Patriarchs came from.

A year ago, scientifically illiterate media started reporting on a study by Eran Elhaik of Johns Hopkins University that claimed that it proved decisively that Ashkenazi Jews descended from Khazars, and not the Middle East.

I showed then not only that Elhaik's paper was sloppy and that the methodology was problematic, but also that Elhaik was clearly painting the bullseye after shooting the arrow - he intended from the beginning to prove the bizarre Khazar theory before gathering data, the exact opposite of how a scientist is supposed to act.

It turns out that the researchers who gathered the datasets that Elhaik cherry-picked to reach his foregone conclusions have demonstratively debunked Elhaik and his methods.

From their paper, named "No Evidence from Genome-Wide Data of a Khazar Origin for the Ashkenazi Jews":

Abstract. The origin and history of the Ashkenazi Jewish population have long been of great interest, and advances in high-throughput genetic analysis have recently provided a new approach for investigating these topics. We and others have argued on the basis of genome-wide data that the Ashkenazi Jewish population derives its ancestry from a combination of sources tracing to both Europe and the Middle East. It has been claimed, however, through a reanalysis of some of our data, that a large part of the ancestry of the Ashkenazi population originates with the Khazars, a Turkic-speaking group that lived to the north of the Caucasus region ~1,000 years ago. Because the Khazar population has left no obvious modern descendants that could enable a clear test for a contribution to Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry, the Khazar hypothesis has been difficult to examine using genetics. Furthermore, because only limited genetic data have been available from the Caucasus region, and because these data have been concentrated in populations that are genetically close to populations from the Middle East, the attribution of any signal of Ashkenazi-Caucasus genetic similarity to Khazar ancestry rather than shared ancestral Middle Eastern ancestry has been problematic. This data set contains genome-wide single-nucleotide polymorphisms in 1,774 samples from 106 Jewish and non-Jewish populations that span the possible regions of potential Ashkenazi ancestry: Europe, the Middle East, and the region historically associated with the Khazar Khaganate. The data set includes 261 samples from 15 populations from the Caucasus region and the region directly to its north, samples that have not previously been included alongside Ashkenazi Jewish samples in genomic studies. Employing a variety of standard techniques for the analysis of population-genetic structure, we find that Ashkenazi Jews share the greatest genetic ancestry with other Jewish populations, and among non-Jewish populations, with groups from Europe and the Middle East. No particular similarity of Ashkenazi Jews with populations from the Caucasus is evident, particularly with the populations that most closely represent the Khazar region. First, because of the great variety of populations in the Caucasus region and the fact that no specific population in the region is known to represent Khazar descendants, evidence for ancestry among Caucasus populations need not reflect Khazar ancestry. The quest to trace the Jewish Patriarchs has been going on for millennia. According to mythology, the Judaeans descended from three Patriarchs—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—who are buried in the Cave of the Patriarchs (Cave of Machpelah) in Hebron along with Adam and Eve and the four Matriarchs—Sara, Rebecca, Leah, and Rachel.

The cave was never excavated, but on top of it is a relatively modern building, which Herod the Great built, likely to honor his Edomite ancestors. From the more scientific efforts in this quest, recent DNA analyses of Ashkenazic Jews revealed that their maternal line is European and that their autosomal DNA has only 3% ancient Levantines ancestry, similar to what Europeans share with Neanderthals. So if the remains in the cave are neither that of the Israelites’ nor modern-day Jews’ Patriarchs, where can we find the Jewish Patriarchs?

During the 6th century, the Gok-Turkic tribe of Ashina were forced to migrate westwards toward the Caucasus. Thanks to their organizational and military skills, the Ashina united the Caucasus tribes and formed the Khazar Khaganate. Offering freedom of worship and taxing trade, the Khaganate quickly rose to power, threatening the Byzantine Empire and Umayyad Caliphate.

As it turned out, uniting dozens of Eurasian tribes was a relatively small matter compared with matters beyond their borders. The Pagan Ashina realized very quickly that being situated on the Silk Roads means potentially high income but also tension with their monotheistic neighbors.

At that time, most of the world’s Jews were in Iran. They were descendants of the refugee elite of the Assyrian and Babylonian exiles, the Jews of Habayeb, but mainly converts. The DNA of Iranian and Iraqi Jews look like the DNA of the local populations.

The tolerance of the Persians encouraged the Jews to adopt Persian names, words, traditions, and religious practices, and climb up the social ladder gaining a monopoly on trade. To maintain their monopoly, they invented secret languages and converted populations along the Black Sea to expand their global network.

Among these converts were the Alans, Greeks, and Slavs who resided along the south shores of the Black Sea. Upon conversion, they translated the Bible into Greek, built synagogues, and continued expanding the Jewish trade network. Their Judaism, however, was an anomaly in the Old World. These Jews enjoyed good relationships with the Romans, had female community leaders, and rejected circumcision.

In these respects, the Jews of Asia Minor were pre-Reform. Living in the mythological land of Noah’s great-grandson and knowing the Biblical legends of their mighty Scythians neighbors, these Jews adopted the name Ashkenaz. The DNA of Ashkenazic Jews can be traced to “Ancient Ashkenaz,” an intersection of trade routes in Eastern Turkey, adjacent to four primordial villages whose name derived from the word “Ashkenaz.”

The Ashkenazic Jews began migrating to central Europe and the Caucasus, where they were disappointed to learn that the political wisdom of the Ashina outshone their financial wisdom. Like their religion, the pre-capitalistic Jewish trade was strange to the Ashina, but they were convinced that Judaism was the solution to their problems.

Indeed, following their Judaization, the Ashina (or Ansa) became legendarily rich and lived in relative peace with their neighbors. The Khazar Jews adopted Slavic practices and began developing Yiddish as a new secret language suitable to Slavic lands.

At that time, Jews acquired the Y chromosomal haplogroups Q1b-L275 (Q-Y2200) and R1a-Z94 that likely originated from the Ashina elite and other core Khazar Clans. The R1a-Z94 haplogroup is found in Jew with the priestly surname “Levi,” perhaps indicating their Shaman origin.

When the Jewish Empire began to collapse, by the 10th century, the Jews migrated to Ukraine and Italy. The global Jewish trade network collapsed, East separated from the West, and the Jews of Iran and Ashkenaz reunited only after a millennium.

Yiddish became the lingua franca of Ashkenazic Jews and absorbed German words while maintaining the Slavic grammar. The global trade moved to the hands of the Italians, Dutch, and English, and the Jews were pushed aside.

When asked to adopt surnames during the 17th and 18th centuries, many chose the surname Kohen, Khahan, Kogan, and their derivatives, which echoed their Khazarian origin and their Khagan ruler.

The Ashina and core Khazar Clans were absorbed by the Ashkenazic Jews. Browsing through the Y haplogroup of prominent Jewish figures like the Gaon of Vilna and the Banker family Oppenheim reveals that these Clans continue to hold positions of spiritual and financial leadership. Interestingly, the Israeli Prime minister noted that he is a descendant of the Gaon of Vilna.

This story could not be told without the use of genetic technology (like STRs, GPS Origins, Ancient GPS, and TPS) that track the past of modern-day people. Though they may not be able to pinpoint a burial site, these tools allow a new appreciation of the Ashina and Khazar Clans from which some of the real Jewish Patriarchs came from.

WATCH: Voting machine automatically changes selection of MS governor candidate to his opponent

In a video posted to Facebook this Tuesday morning, a Mississippi voter showed what appeared to be a glitch in a voting machine being used for the state’s GOP governor primary runoff, the Clarion Ledger reports.

In the video posted by Sally Kate Walker, the voting machine’s touch screen changed the selection from Republican candidate Bill Waller Jr. to his opponent and fellow Republican Tate Reeves.

The two are in a GOP primary run-off to face Democratic Attorney General Jim Hood in the November general election.

According to the Clarion Ledger, Reeves currently leads Waller by 16 percentage points.

As the video shows, as the voter clicks Waller’s name on the touch screen, the selection automatically changes to Reeves.

“It is not letting me vote for who I want to vote for,” a person in the video says.

When electronic voting machines came on we knew it would be the wild wild west where the programmers would be the fastest guns.

What is missing in the story below is no mention of the FBI already beginning to collect information for a federal investigation. That is because the FBI does not initiate investigations. They go through political screening first before being assigned to agents. I will let you guess why.

One of the first acts that Trump did was fire the NY US attorney that had been leading the prosecutions against him, and it didn’t dull Trump’s shine at all, going over the often distracted voters heads. But they did not know then that Trump would be the gift that keeps on giving, or bumbling as the case may be.

The Democrat’s blatant rigging of their last primary against Bernie is now carved in stone, and the same rigging players are already set to do a repeat at the convention, as you will read below. I will try to not say something unkind (a military term) about people and organizations being to stupid to breathe.

This is a huge scandal, but one that will probably go nowhere. Those in the rigging business have the brains and the money to know that mistakes will happened and investigations needed to be run into the “inconclusive” closet.

Increasingly glaring irregularities in the Iowa caucus have forced DNC chair Tom Perez to call for a recanvass, as new revelations about those who funded the fiasco suggest a campaign to steal not just the election, but the party.

Just when it looked like the Iowa caucus nightmare was over, with 97 percent of precincts reporting and so many “inconsistencies” glossed over to reach that point that the most corrupt banana republic would raise an eyebrow, Perez has called for a do-over.

“In light of the problems that have emerged” and “to assure public confidence in the results,” the party leader ordered its Iowa chapter to “immediately begin a recanvass” on Thursday, adding that a recanvass is not a recount per se but “a review of the worksheets from each caucus site.

South Bend, Indiana mayor Pete Buttigieg’s brazen caucus-night declaration of victory had been hanging by a thread – Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, clearly the favorite by the popular vote, was gaining on his younger rival in delegate count as well before Perez suggested they restart the process.

Shell-shocked voters had sat patiently through three days of revelations that the corruption and malfeasance infecting the party made 2016’s efforts to rig the primary for Hillary Clinton look like milk and cookies. And now they had to do it again?

The straw that broke the camel’s back might have been the Iowa Democrats’ sheepish walk-back of a set of phony results for Black Hawk County on Wednesday night, which had mysteriously handed a large chunk of Sanders votes to billionaire Tom Steyer and former Massachusetts governor Deval Patrick. When the county supervisor published the actual results, the party dutifully updated their totals to reflect reality after promising a “minor correction.”

But this nonchalant correction of yet another supposedly innocent mistake – all of which, some noticed, had penalized Sanders – wasn’t enough for voters who had lost patience with the process. “How many other counties are having their results falsely reported by the IDP?” one group tweeted, giving voice to the suspicions shared by many.

Nor did Perez’s call for a recanvass pacify the angry mob. Instead, it merely sparked calls for him to resign. The establishment stalwart has been in the crosshairs of the party’s progressive wing since last week’s announcement that the 2020 convention would be packed to the brim with corporate lobbyists.

They would include Clinton and Obama administration alumni, and former Clinton campaign director John Podesta himself – whose hacked emails, along with those of the DNC itself, revealed the extent of the primary-rigging scheme against Sanders in 2016.

Monday’s caucus was marred almost immediately by a glitch in the app precincts were supposed to use to report vote totals. When the nature of the glitch became public – vote totals input one way came out differently – angry voters began looking into how and why the Iowa Democrats had used an untested app built by supposedly well-meaning but technologically-inept former Clinton staffers (at a company absurdly called Shadow).

Warnings the app didn’t work had been ignored for over a week. The Buttigieg campaign had donated $40,000 to Shadow, whose app seemed to be handing him first place in spite of polls, and Shadow’s parent company Acronym’s founder Tara McGowan was married to a Buttigieg staffer herself.

Despite MSM attempts to blame Trump supporters for flooding the hotline set up to report caucus vote totals in the event of a software malfunction, CNN caught line operators deliberately hanging up on precinct supervisors, indicating the problem went far beyond a simple software glitch.

Acronym has now been traced to another notorious figure in Democratic election-meddling circles. Reid Hoffman, the billionaire LinkedIn founder who bankrolled the Shadow-like New Knowledge’s rigging of the 2017 Alabama Senate race using fake “Russian bots” and social media disinformation campaigns, also provided the seed money for Acronym.

CEO McGowan personally credited Hoffman for setting her up with the startup capital for her company, which in addition to Shadow runs fake news pages on Facebook remarkably similar to some of New Knowledge’s Alabama propaganda.

Acronym also gave rise to a lucrative political action committee that has sucked up millions of dollars in donations from hardline right-wing Jewish lobbyists, including Times of Israel founder Seth Klarman, who somehow came around from backing Trump and neocon Florida Senator Marco Rubio to embracing Buttigieg and a handful of other centrist Democrats.

Klarman financed the Israel Project, which until it closed last year operated fake news pages on Facebook exactly like those run by New Knowledge and Shadow. A pattern appears to be emerging here…

Nor do Acronym’s ambitions end with the 2020 election. Shadow alone is involved in building a system called Lightrail, which will reportedly “help” the Democratic Party centralize its data – and hand the dodgy firm the levers of power within the party.

Sanders, meanwhile, appears to have decided not to wait for the recanvass, claiming victory with a 6,000-vote margin over Buttigieg, though he acknowledged that there was still mathematical correction to be done.
