Busted: Elizabeth Warren's pregnancy victim narrative blown apart by county records

When the news broke yesterday that Elizabeth Warren probably invented the tale of her pregnancy firing as a teacher, some benefit of the doubt was fair, given that an old tape of her describing the reason she left her job could have been incomplete, and maybe there was more than one reason she left the job.

Welp. Now we've got the county records.

The Washington Free Beacon went digging into the microfiches or the physical records themselves from the early 1970s, which is very challenging non-Google research doable only on location in Riverdale, New Jersey, and pretty well blew that Warren story out of the water.

RIVERDALE, N.J.—The Riverdale Board of Education approved a second-year teaching contract for a young Elizabeth Warren, documents show, contradicting the Democratic presidential candidate’s repeated claims that she was asked not to return to teaching after a single year because she was "visibly pregnant."

Minutes of an April 21, 1971, Riverdale Board of Education meeting obtained by the Washington Free Beacon show that the board voted unanimously on a motion to extend Warren a "2nd year" contract for a two-days-per-week teaching job. That job is similar to the one she held the previous year, her first year of teaching. Minutes from a board meeting held two months later, on June 16, 1971, indicate that Warren’s resignation was "accepted with regret."...........

Still the ever naïve little leftist who believes anything another leftist says.

Not only have school board meeting notes been researched and found Warren is lying through her teeth about being fired because she was pregnant, she wasn't fired at all and was offered a contract for a second year. She resigned and the school board accepted her resignation..with regret.

Further, Warren gave an interview in 2007 and gave an entirely different account as to why she left her teaching position.

"But, Mediaite also points out that Warren has told different reasons as to why she quit teaching. In 2007, Warren told Harry Kreisler during an interview she left teaching because she lacked the qualifications. On a return trip to her home state of Oklahoma, her childhood friends convinced her to attend law school:

"I was married at nineteen and graduated from college after I’d married, and my first year post-graduation I worked in a public school system with the children with disabilities. I did that for a year, and then that summer I didn’t have the education courses, so I was on an “emergency certificate,” it was called. I went back to graduate school and took a couple of courses in education and said, “I don’t think this is going to work out for me.” I was pregnant with my first baby, so I had a baby and stayed home for a couple of years, and I was really casting about, thinking, “What am I going to do?”

Elizabeth Warren is a lying far left kook whose stated policies would decimate the US economy, kill energy production, cause massive job losses among the middle class and lead to internal chaos. Democrats choose Warren at their own peril. Warren is far, far, far outside the mainstream in America.

For that matter, all the democrat candidates are way outside the mainstream in America.

Will Hillary The Corrupt rescue democrats? She really wants to but doesn't want to work for the nomination. She wants to be Coronated. She wants to be seen as the Savior of the democrat party. But, 10 diesel-electric engine locomotives couldn't pull all the baggage Hillary The Corrupt has accumulated over the last 30 years.
