One good news is that Assad is sending his army to rescue Kurdish Civilians from Turkish supported Militia Attacks. Kurds should stick to true friends like Assad in Syrian and Shias in Iran/Iraq. No Kurd has been targeted by Shiite Regimes. Saddam targeted Kurds with Chemical Weapons and was a Sunni Tyrant propped by by the CIA, much like Bonesaw MBS.On the whole, Putin will play King here and ensure peace between Sunni Turkey and Shiite Regimes. Turkey also has 50 US Nukes, which I hope they hand over to US Troops or to Neutral Pakistan for Safe Keeping. Pakistan has gained maximum quietly in this conundrum, with the exalted status of brokering peace between Iran and Saudi with blessings of Putin. I think Trump's Ultimate goal is Zero US Troops in Asia. He wants Putin to take the Headaches. Will Neocons and Zionists allow that?

"Turkey also has 50 US Nukes"You keep trying to stack your piles of horseshiite higher and higher. Turkey does not 'have' or 'possess' any US nuclear weapons...and Turkey never did. IP: Logged |

The report and footage was described in shock-filled breathless language, intended to provoke the audience. ABC News anchor Tom Llamas aired the allegedly shocking footage, claiming it showed a fierce Turkish attack on Kurdish civilians. However, there is a very big problem. The footage is 100% fake…. it never happened. The footage ABC News used in their broadcast comes from a nighttime machine gun demonstration at the Knob Creek Gun Range in West Point, Kentucky. The stunning propaganda effort was first caught by Twitter user PolishPatriot. WATCH: Again, this footage is 100% fake. The Washington Examiner’s journalist Becket Adams called ABC and asked them what was going on........ http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/ 10/14/abc-news-busted-creating-fake-news-propaganda-surrounding-syrian-conflict/#more-173656 [/B]

At this point, anything is possible, including the theory that Trump may be working for the Russians. Russia is positioned to take full advantage of this new development and it is wasting no time. So this does give credence to those conspiracy theories. Acttually, it's the only thing that is making sense to me. Regardless, It is my opinion that Trump's move was ill inspired and the US will pay for that decision for years to come. A few years from now, if this forum is still up, I will come and revisit this thread and see where the chips have fallen. If Trump's decision turned out to be a genius decision in the best interests of the US, I will happily eat crow. If it turned out to have undermined our standing and safety, I hope to see those who supported the decision eat humble pie. Let time decide. IP: Logged |

"If Trump's decision turned out to be a genius decision in the best interests of the US, I will happily eat crow."How do you like your crow cooked? Baked, Boiled or Fried! October 16, 2019 Trump's Syria plan reveals a master strategist in the White House Richard Jack Rail It's just too delicious. President Trump ordered U.S. special forces out of Syria to a chorus of howling Democrats and all the old, experienced hands at State and, supposedly, the military. (I had doubts as well.) Democrats yelled that all hell was about to break loose. The Pentagon pulled its hair. Europe trembled and blanched. The Mideast girded for something awful. Everybody thought we had to keep our troops around so the Turks wouldn't invade Northern Syria and kill off all the Kurds. Everybody wanted them to negotiate with the Kurds and figured the only way to do that was little by little, by getting allies to reason with Turkey and hem and haw and maybe buy her off as in times past. Meanwhile, we had to keep the two ancient enemies, Kurds and Turks, apart. Negotiations would ever happen only if our troops stayed. Trump saw the situation differently. As beautifully laid out by Sundance at Conservative Treehouse, removing our guys would leave the intransigent Turks vulnerable to an alliance against them of their many enemies in the region. This thought didn't occur to Turkish president Recep Erdođan, who at first seemed delighted that we were leaving and promptly dispatched his troops into Syria, as everybody had predicted he would. AT's Thomas Lifson reports that ABC News was so appalled that it ran footage from a Kentucky gun range video, called it the Turkish invasion , and heaped abuse on Trump for atrocities committed against Kurds. Even the usually level-headed Andrew Malcolm took the president severely to task for abandoning our Kurdish allies. George Conway, who has never had a good word to say about the president, styles the troop withdrawal a blunder of historical proportions. Not so fast, fellas. The actual result hasn't been quite what everyone expected. Erdođan suddenly understood the box he was in when Trump authorized Treasury secretary Mnuchin to prepare sanctions against Turkey. By themselves, sanctions haven't succeeded much in that part of the world. But in concert with the departure of the U.S., they became a scary signal that Turkey was all by her lonesome. Having steadfastly refused to negotiate, Erdođan now nervously rang up Trump and asked for an emergency conference. Trump sent Vice President Pence and national security adviser O'Brien to mediate negotiations with the Kurds. These are the long sought negotiations, brought about by U.S. troops leaving. Only Donald Trump saw it — just as only Donald Trump got North Korea to the table, forced the Chinese to play fair, and got the Mexicans to handle the immigrant caravans on our southern border. Trump once again exhibits strategic insight not seen in the White House since George Washington. http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2019/10/trumps_syria_plan _reveals_a_master_strategist_in_the_white_house.html IP: Logged |

Post from a friend: quote:
The recent insanity at the WH is mind boggling... And in one day...- Has a meeting with various Cabinet members, Speaker of the House and Senate majority and minority leaders amongst others, and has a meltdown. - Meets the President of Italy and calls him President Mozzarella, amongst other faux pas. - Sends a bizarre, unprofessional letter that is so unbelievable most people thinks it's a hoax to Erodgan. - Arranges to have the British parents of a kid killed by the wife of a diplomat at the WH, and then springs it on them that the woman is in the next room, and would they like to meet her. - Lashes out against the Kurds, calls his decision "strategic brilliance" as our own troops are actually FLEEING hostile troops, having battles, and bombing our own base to stop the enemy from getting our resources.
His wisdom is definitely unmatched, just not in the way that he thinks it is.

"Post from a friend:"Don't attempt to pass that piece of crap off as a...post from a friend. You ripped that off from some lunatic leftist website. The President of Turkey got Trump's letter and immediately called the President to set up a meeting to negotiate between Turkey and the Kurds. Just because leftist crash dummies aren't smart enough to understand the impact of the President's letter offering to shut down the economy of Turkey, the President of Turkey clearly did understand it and that Trump meant it. Report of US Nuclear Weapons stored in Turkey: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/turkey-syria-us-nuclear-weapons-bombs-trump-war-isis-kurds-a9158416.html This is why Trump cannot get too aggressive with Erdogan. And this is also why there is a 5 day ceasefire, so that Trump's Lord and Master Putin can arbitrate in Sochi when Erdogan meets up. All of Trump's activities do point to control by Vlad. Today, Russian Rand also blocked the Senate. Russian Rand who carries secret letters to and from Putin. What a Chess Game! Russian Mob vs Deep State (Military Industrial Complex) vs US Patriots vs White Supremacists vs Liberals in Europe. Very interesting that Trump has finally given the clue about his real Bosses. https://www.denverpost.com/2019/10/16/george-mentz-trump-presidential-scholars/

"This is why Trump cannot get too aggressive with Erdogan"You've blathered on about Erdogan HAVING 50 American nukes. Bullshiite! Those nukes were on an American airbase, under American control and for all you...or any moronic airhead Fake News writer knows, those nukes may have already been removed out of Turkey. As for Trump getting aggressive with Erdogan, he already showed Erdogan a level of aggression Erdogan can't deal with. Threatening to destroy the economy of Turkey and reminding Erdogan he'd already had a small sample ain't exactly bean bag. Maybe you'd do well to read the letter Trump sent to Erdogan. Perhaps then, you'd know why Erdogan BLINKED and came to the negotiating table. IP: Logged |

As of now, Erdogan did not blink. He did what he wanted by invading Syria, and did not even get a slap on the wrist of a sanctions from Trump. He will get more wins once Putin dictates Trump's next move on 22nd October.IP: Logged |

Dear Chef Jwhop, this crow meal you are so eager to serve me cannot happen yet because the crow has yet to be born, let alone been caught, killed, plucked and cooked. I prefer to let the dust settle and it takes time to see whose interests were served by Trump's Decision. See you in a couple of years, Chef! I am buying the flour for the humble pie too, as I will not come empty handed to the feast.

Well, Erdođan blinked and stopped hostilities. Your future dinner is circling the negotiating table right now, ready to give it's all for peace in the area.Trump did that without a single shot fired in anger by US forces. No US forces ducking bullets, no US casualties. He did it with a pen! IP: Logged | |
