In 2018, the National Defense Authorization Act was passed. (By the way, both Pelousy and Schitt supported it.) Here's a quote from Section 1250 of the Act titled, Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative:"...a certification by the Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Secretary of State, that the Government of Ukraine has taken substantial actions to make defense institutional reforms...for purposes of decreasing corruption..." If the President gives taxpayer money to a foreign government, the President has to first certify that the country is rooting out corruption. This is the law. President Trump was doing what he is required to do. And we already know that we have a U.S. treaty with the Ukraine regarding corruption, as I and Jwhop have already posted about. IP: Logged |

The political ads against those so called moderate dimocrats in the US House who voted for an impeachment inquiry are being written as we speak. If I were them, I'd be getting a jump on my ouster from the House on November 3rd, 2020 and updating my resume. IP: Logged |

The Kentucky Governor's Election Result shows that the pro-Democrat Momentum from Impeachment Inquiry is already paying rich dividends. Once televised hearings start, 60% vote share will be for Dems. Nixon was invincible until the televised hearings, Trump was already weak [losing popular elections in 2016].GOP will be devastated by 2021 as Trump takes everyone down with him once Dem get access to all his financial crimes. The only reason the Dems won the House is because of the Russian collusion hoax. People are not falling for it again. President Trump won with a lot of promises. It was a landslide victory. How much bigger of a victory will it be now that those promises have become accomplishments? President Trump has a track record now. And the current crop of Dem candidates are even worse than Hillary (and less winnable), if that’s possible.IP: Logged |

In 1994, Clinton lost 53 House seats and 9 in the Senate. In 2010, Obama lost 63 House seats and 6 in the Senate (pretty bad for the supposed "Hope and Change Messiah). In sharp contrast, in 2018 President Trump only lost 27 House seats and GAINED 3 in the Senate!There are 36 House seats in strong Trump areas, and the voters are aware of how the Dems have faked the entire collusion scam, so I expect all 36 of them to lose. Not logical Randall, for if there were so, the Kentucky Governor would have been a Republican with 65% vote share.I expect Trump to be soundly thrashed once impeachment hearings get televised. The man is a criminal who got away for decades because he did not commit any murders when money laundering. Once the crimes are publicised, it will be curtains for GOP for decades.

That is the point Randall, Trump wont be on any ballot except the 2020 Presidential one.
And that is a clear 50-50 odds because Swing States are shifting to the Dems every day, despite the excellent economy.GOP should win red states with any candidate, if not, it is a crisis for them and the more they delay introspection, the bigger will be the margin of defeats in every State Election, House and Senate.
