We ... well not me personally ... are calling them refugees. Which is hilarious because the gov is a flaming progressive and RI is a sanctuary state. The "refugees" are moving back to their summer homes, renting hotel rooms, etc anything to get out of the city, and at an alarming rate. It's scaring people. Cuomo gave Gina a call, threatened to sue and I can only imagine what else, and
she caved  I can't say Im surprised, but I am disappointed. She was receiving an avalanche of bad press from the Left (hope that teaches her a lesson) up to and including the de rigueur Nazi accusations. But this is all Trump's fault, right? IP: Logged |

Never said it was an unproductive idea. In fact, it's a good idea to refuse entry to visitors from high incidence coronavirus infections into the state. You may be right. Cuomo could have threatened a federal suit alleging citizen's rights to freely travel between the various states. Of course it's all Trump's fault. Everything is Trump's fault. IP: Logged |
