Schools will be opening in most states in fall. That planning is being done now with budgets and schedules. Fall is only two months away.

I see. But the re-opening was not going to be full. Practically only 50% if at that, with most teaching scheduled to be done online.

At least, that was the plan before the Protests/riots, when Covid was the determing factor of everything.
