More lies from Saloon. They should lay off the booze.

Printing unverified gossip is the leftist way but it's not flying.

Russia, Russia, Russia didn't fly.
Quid Pro Quo didn't fly.
Impeachment didn't fly.

Now, the DOJ and John Durham are investigating the Obama Administration, the upper echelons of the FBI and DOJ...and those investigations will fly.

If there's a lying article or report to be found, you go for it. Alas, all for naught. Prepare for 4 more years of the Trump Administration. It will take all of 8 years to correct the mal administration of The Marxist Messiah, Obama and put America back on the right track.

The real story is the leaking of classified information, which is a crime. Mark Meadows, the President's Chief of Staff, was interviewed by Rudy Guliani. He says they're going to get to the bottom of that.

Another pubbie who left the party, because of trump.

I was thinking about the comment about the “silent majority”. The silent majority didn’t vote at all in 2016. I’m not sure they’ve been hypnotized into believing that he’s made anything great. Especially since he admitted that he slowed testing down, to keep official numbers low, and has decided that citizens should die for his economy.

That is a big story and I hope they trap the classified leakers and prosecute them.

We only have this alleged republican's word that he's even a republican. Of course there's all kinds of republicans. If he's a republican he's from the 'Paul Ryan' wing of the party. They're rather 'switch than fight' for their rights and the rights of their constituents. They don't like Trump's TONE. What crap. What they don't like is Trump coming along, taking over the republican party and straightening out the messes they've made over 30 years of malfeasance.

Clearly, you don't know what you're talking about when you talk about 'the silent majority'. That majority are Trump voters who went to the polls and voted for Trump in 2016. More, many more will do so in November.

I come from a deep blue cesspool in Georgia--so blue, in fact, that I once though Georgia was a blue state. I come from a long family line of Democrats. And trust me when I say that a whole lot of my family is either not voting at all in November or have switched to Trump. That's a fact.

I just woke up having a panic attack. It’s eased off now, but I’ve thing that was in my head as I was waiting for it to pass, was that he had seats tied together on Friday night, and that meant no social distancing.

This covid crap has been weird enough, but I saw something again earlier, about us just having to learn to live with this, and his supporters clinging to the idea that a good number of us dying, is better than a partial shutdown again. I keep telling myself that denial can be strong, I’ve been there, and it has its place, but damn it, this has been tripping me up for over two months: he doesn’t care about us, but it’s the callous attitude from his supporters that makes it worse. He wants us divided. We could be helping each other, but that won’t happen. So I guess this summer and autumn are going to really suck, too - because he wants us at each other’s throats, and there is no way to talk about this crap without arguing, when one side thinks that people should die.

Quit moving the goalposts. The shutdown was never intended to prevent deaths. The shutdown was never intended to last until all semblance of the virus was gone. Its only purpose was to prevent hospital beds from being overrun.

In regards to covid, you can't have a conversation with someone who covers their ears, waiting to tell their side, thinking their argument is the right argument.

Especially when someone always ends their comment in a passive aggressive tone.

I bet if you asked a handful of strangers whether they want people to die just so we can open, they would say no. We have established that. No one wants people to die. If you're only focus is this, then I would check out the death numbers of covid which nobody brings up anymore because it has been on a heavy decline.

The media will report what gets attention, sadly, and many times hyping the worst of it - causing fear.

The focus has been cases, cases, cases. But no mention of deaths. Cases is a much larger number.

The death rate from Covid is less than 5%.

The honest truth is that because more tests are available and being done, there is going to be a rise in cases. Younger people, who are likely to recover, have minor symptoms or be asymptomatic are back to work and getting tested. There is a rise in cases, and a decline in death counts. The number of hospitilizations declined as well.
["younger people now make up a growing proportion of cases, and they are less likely to die from the disease."]
["between April and June, nationwide hospitalizations dropped to less than 30,000 from nearly 60,000, according to the Covid Tracking Project"]

Reasons for the decline in death toll? There are better & more treatments now that there is more testing, catching the virus sooner. Hospitals and emergency departments are not overflowing, if they ever were (HELLO, New York?!?!).

Of course there are SOME exceptions to this general trend, but the spike in death comes from the elderly and those who have underlying health issues. Which you could argue would be the case for most sickness. Elderly account for 8/10 covid related deaths.
["elderly individuals remain some of those hardest hit by the coronavirus; patients over 65 account for eight out of 10 deaths from Covid-19, according to the Centers for Disease Control"]
["Feb. 1 to June 13, covid-19 was involved in just 2,630 deaths among people 44 or younger. But the disease was fatal to 83,426 people 65 or older."]

"Some Republicans will stick with Trump to the bitter end, because they hate Democrats more than they love public health, rule of law, or the idea of America. But in southern Maine I’m starting to see REPUBLICANS FOR BIDEN signs. There’s plenty didn’t sign up for a death cult."

Sanity might actually prevail. Unless the election itself is messed up, thanks to Covid, and this administration.

If the total deaths of Americans cross 200,000 from COVID, even the Trump Cult will overnight develop a feeling of revulsion towards Donnie.

That number is like a Psychological Soul Crusher, 4X the total Americans who died in Vietnam. I never though the death count in USA will cross 30K, was stunned as it crossed 80K and numbed when it crossed 125K.
And I am not a Citizen.
With 200,000 deaths, it means 15-20 million who know some one who died and would be grieving even into November 2020.

BTW, this Virus does not make a full exit even from those who recover. It causes long term debilitations too.
It was criminal to consider it a Hoax [QAnon Russian Bots started the Hoax theory but went into Radio Silence when Russia got hit by half a million cases] or just a Flu.

This is the worst type of Coronoavirus in human history. It is nothing like the Flu.
It causes extreme pain and even hallucinations. It kills old people with ease and terminates the young with any underlying health condition.

Only a massive immunity boost and proper hygienic protocols will help. The continued GOP Arrogance and Complacence will only help the Coffin Business.

@iQ hopefully it doesn't rise that much and the trend so far supports that it won't. You are right, the coronavirus is worse than the yearly flu. However, we do know that it targets (for the most part) particular groups of people. People 80 years old and older, and those who have underlying health conditions. There are exceptions to this, of course. Some of my family members had the virus with little to no symptoms. I also have friends who are convinced they got it before it ramped up, but before we knew exactly what it was.

@etherealSaturn: Agree. Only thing is 60+ are susceptible, not just 80+.

I hope we do not see that 200K death count.
Some of the Trump Cult will skip voting if they cannot vote against him, but the effect will be of a defeat. 80% of the MAGA Cult will Vote for Trump no mater what, I will give you that.

And those Project Lincoln Ads, my goodness, they are another vote destroyer for GOP.

Last but not the least, Brad Parscale is a one man GOP Vote Destroying Grifter. 13% of the Budget is being spent in Texas, which normally Trump should win 70%-30% but now is leading by just 2-3%.

Florida is a lost cause but anyway, no sane Psephologist will rule out a roaring Trump Comeback. He managed to defeat Hillary in the last moment, full respect for that.

The Lincoln Project members are a joke. No one with 2 brain cells to rub together take anything they say seriously.

On the other hand, leftist are just thrilled that so called republicans..RINOS are pushing for the demented lunatic, Biden to win.

Lay in a good supply of crying towels for November 3rd.

Twitter loons found another bright shiny object to obsess over. Problem is there's nothing wrong with pictures of Goya products being held by White House personnel...including the President. No crime, just more bellyaching by the terminally offended leftists at Twitter.

This is my last foray onto Twitter or Facebook...without at least a blurb stating what their blitch is.

For those who aren't aware of what the official case definition for Covid death is:

It means that there was a Covid positive diagnosis at the time of death. So that means if you died of cancer, but were found to have Covid, that would be counted as a Cover death. Given this fact, any number being put out as Covid deaths should be regarded with extreme skepticism.

I don't know what the value or usefulness of making these kinds of predictions is, or who it serves. We had numerous predictions that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 presidential election. What purpose did that serve or what good did that do?
