What would you gain economically by staying the same? A better statement is that they didn’t LOSE economically by staying open, and that is a very big deal. But they retained freedom. They retained mental health. And their children retained socialization and learning levels.IP: Logged |

@ Teasel, you may not let the facts interfere with your fear, but check out the realtime graph in the article below. It shows that Sweden's death rate of Covid has actually gone down, along with the admittance rate into Intensive care. https://www.covid19insweden.com/en/ Looks like the virus is losing its virulence, which is to be expected, as it mutates across a population. But I am not an epidemiologist...

Yes, the virus attenuates, weakens, and T-cell immunity sets in across the population. But the hysteria has to remain until President Trump is defeated. You can bet that if Biden wins, the virus will instantly disappear. Covid deaths will be reclassified. We only fear the virus due to the media.IP: Logged |
