Palestinians have been given every chance to make peace with Israel and still won't commit to stating that Israel has the right to exist.President Trump simply went around the Palestinians. I believe it was Rashid Khalidi that I learned from that the Palestinians have not been represented by leaders who have their interests in mind, which is unfortunate, even tragic. This is why the Palestinians voted for Hamas, because their own leaders were corrupt. As for the Palestinians acknowledging Israel's right to exist, from what I've heard, they have. It seems to me it's Israel, by their actions, that doesn't acknowledge the Palestinians right to exist. I wish the Palestinians would reject violence altogether and adopt non-violence. But, who am I to say that to people who have had family members who have been killed, livelihoods and homes destroyed?
