I think he is more of a King of Losses.
Bloke even drove a Casino into losses, and is probably billions in debt overall.
A person who only makes losses in business cannot evade taxes. Taxes are on profits.

President Trump's entire business model is based on borrowing money. That's the way real estate investing works. It's called leverage. Saying that banks won't loan to President Trump is like saying bees don't like pollen. I don't know where you get your ROI ideas from. President Trump's corporations are not publicly traded.
