PA, AZ, GA, WI, NM, NV are all cases where electors disagree with the ratified election vote. This disagreement is based on the suspicion of fraud. What does it mean? On Jan 6th the senate will ratify election results by state alphabetically. When they get to Arizona the Alabama senator Mo Brooks has said he is going to start a motion to contest. This motion is only available because of the disagreement above. There will hopefully be a second of the motion. Tommy Tuberville, Ted Cruz or Rand Paul are suspected to do this. If the motion passes the senate stops ratifying and the senate AND house need to make a decision on Arizona. The senate with Pence as the tie breaker will likely decide with the electors (R) and the house will decide on the ratified vote (D). This will happen with the six above states and neither candidate will have 270 ratified electoral votes needed. This is the path to a CONTINGENT ELECTION In a contingent election the house delegates vote by 1 vote per state. Majority rules determine the state's vote. 30 states have a republican majority of house delegates. A majority of states carries the election.

I would only add that there were 7 states with dueling electoral votes, not 6. Add MI to the list. Other than that, I see it playing out just like you said, Jwhop.IP: Logged |

I think you're right about Michigan Randall. I've posted about this scenario before but this isn't my work. I decided to post it because the author lays it out crystal clear. All you need to know is that Vegas has not paid their bets yet. I believe Trump will be the next president. Here is why... 20 Dec http://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1340669258112651264.html IP: Logged |

Hope not. There is a military led coup which is transparent to us. Those supporting Trump wants him to not leave the white house. We will see how it unfolds. Do not leave your homes on Jan 20 to celebrate or protests.IP: Logged |

Jwhop and Randall, you 2 are some of the most persistent people I know. I admire and respect that steadfastness and unwavering spirit you display. I have no idea what will happen in the coming weeks, but more than anything else, I want for the majority of Americans to have clarity about what really happened at State Farm and with the Dominion machines. Without this national clarity, whoever will be installed as our next president will never be legitimate in the eyes of those who didn't vote for him. IP: Logged |

I was enjoying a break from here, but I made the mistake of checking twitter, and saw that not only has trump not said a thing about the bombing in Nashville on Christmas Day, his sycophants are also acting like something is suspicious about it, and that we will likely never know “the truth”. I am so sick of hearing that, from people who are choosing to ignore the truth, because it doesn’t fit their conspiracy theories/personal beliefs. All because of trump, or because someone has inferred that the dastardly democrats must be behind it. IP: Logged |

Military leaders have made it clear that they aren’t behind trump. Rump himself is tweeting for his supporters to show up on January 6th. They could try something stupid. IP: Logged |

Polls show that over 70% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats believe the election was stolen. Also, regardless of the evidence of fraud, the people that want Trump gone won't accept him as president. And it's not half the country that will think that whoever is inaugurated on January 20th is illegitimate. President Trump won by a landslide, based on election night returns and unbiased and reputable professional pollsters with a record for accuracy. IP: Logged |

Hey, nice to see you're back! Had not seen you around these parts lately! Regarding the polls, considering they turned out to have been quite offbase, I would surmise that in reality, over 90% of Republicans and 50% of Democrats know in their heart of hearts that the election was stolen or that at the very least, there were some fraudulent shenanigans that went down. However for many democrats now, the end justifies the means, so they will turn a blind eye to the fraud. IP: Logged |

Hey, Belage, good to hear from you! I was on a yoga retreat, no internet or phones. About the polls, yes, that's my sense too. IP: Logged |
