Pence is asking that the lawsuit be thrown out. quote: BREAKING REPORT: VP Mike Pence ASKS JUDGE TO TOSS GOP lawmaker's bid to overturn election results...
Not sure to take this at face value though. There's probably a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. This may not be related but Potus announced rather cryptically something going into effect tomorrow, January 1st, that nobody knows about that sounds like a big deal. http://twitter.com/ChuckCallesto/status/1344785958475071496 IP: Logged |

I think Pence is asking not to be the deciding the factor. The important part of this lawsuit is that it be determined that the "House" means the state legislatures. If that happens, it is all over for Biden and Harris. IP: Logged |

Oh, are the state legislatures stepping up? Also, I found out that what President Trump was referring to had to with health care and unrelated to election fraud. IP: Logged |

It was dismissed without prejudice, which means the judge had no opinion on the case, nor of its merits, nor of the constitutional question raised, and is a lenient ruling to allow this case to proceed up the chain of higher courts. The judge also stated lack of jurisdiction, implying a higher court will have to make a ruling on this. It’s already been appealed to the 5th Circuit.Court dismissal order Court final judgment I honestly don’t expect anything from this case, though. It’s hard enough to figure out who exactly to sue and who exactly should be doing the suing when challenging the constitutionality of the ECA. Worse yet, when the count hasn’t happened yet, but by then, wouldn’t it be too late? I don’t expect anything to come of this. IP: Logged |

Right. No courts have heard the evidence and no cases have been decided based on the merits. IP: Logged |

But if they'd taken the case, they suddenly wouldn't be seen as corrupt. They did the right thing. IP: Logged |
