He is the richest man in china. Was CEO of Alibaba(USA Amazon's version) but now retired. He is also compared to the Lincoln of USA who failed so many times and finally became the prez.

It is not as simple as just speaking against the CCP.
Jack Ma saw the Financial Fraud being committed by Chinese Banks and wanted to start Institutional Reforms almost on Islamic Lines by offering near interest free micro finance loans for small business, individuals, micro businesses, struggling entrepreneurs etc.
He formed ANT Corporation for the same but CCP hated him for this.
