I didn’t see slurs anywhere. I have seen posts like this: http://twitter.com/georgetakei/status/1387828488242147330?s=21 Sen. Tim Scott: America is not a racist country. Also Sen. Tim Scott: "I have experienced racial profiling from officers...I have been stopped around 18 times, and as a lawmaker, I was stopped 7 times in one year.”

The fact that it trended showed that even though America is not a racist country, there are a lot of racists, and they are on the left. Scott has also been called the N word, and it was always from white progressives. There is nothing progressive about that line of thinking. Quite the contrary. What happened to the tolerant left? Dems don’t really want police reform. They want to keep the issue alive so it can be a divisive talking point for them. Last year, Scott introduced a police reform bill that the Dems shot down. He offered several Amendments, and the Dems used the filibuster to prevent debate on the bill. I thought the filibuster was “a relic of the Jim Crow era” according to Biden?IP: Logged |
