That’s because he hasn’t done anything. Without President Trump, we wouldn’t have had any vaccines. Biden wanted to keep travel from China open, which would have multiplied the deaths by a factor of 10.

Texas removed all restrictions two months ago. No masks, no lockdowns, and two months later, no COVID—with only 33 percent vaccinated.
